Love this mug! Made in China Winnie the Pooh with Chinese character! I thought Winnie the Pooh was banned in China! Is this why this one is in HomeGoods? Because it is illegal to sell Pooh in China??

I love that I can find things I need and things I didn't know I needed at homegoods. The customer service is great and there are always employees around to help if needed. The return policy could be better, sometimes I realize I never used an item and their 30 day only policy can leave you with a gift card and don't ever lose your receipt because then your stuck with whatever price if dropped down to.

This place is very aggressive with their request for "donations" at checkout. After saying no thank you, the cashier says "not even a penny or nickel??" Annoying. I dread checkout

Management ruined the experience for me. On 11/18/2023 at 5:32 pm while i was checking out the manager came to address a question I had, she was EXTREMELY RUDE for no reason at all. I asked a simple question and instead of calmly and kindly interacting with me she was unnecessarily rude and even walked away from me mid conversation. What happened to customer service?

Large parking lot and mostly organized. Associates will help if you ask but aren’t friendly. Cashiers are typically nice.

Excellent selection for cards and gift wrap! They recently updated this and it has by far the best wrapping and cards, with keeping it low cost. Also fun for holiday/seasonal decor or pet items :)

There was a huge and only 2 cashiers open , line was moving very slow . Cashier 1 was taking people out of line which is very disrespectful to buyers who are waiting in line .

Customer service sucks. I went there after work to buy mirrors for the house and I had to carry all the mirrors with no one asking me for help. There was a guy that worked there that was very rude to me. He was annoyed that I was messing the order of mirrors and when I went to pay. The mirror was scratched so I asked if I can go get a different one. I went with my receipt and the same guy seems me and says didn't you pay?! We are closing in 5 mins. Seriously!! Instead of asking me for help. I had to sort out the mirrors again and carry this huge mirror across the store to my car without anyone offering the help even after I asked. Now my entire shoulder is stiff and I'm very annoyed. Thanks home goods.

I went to home goods located in 6214 Irvine Blvd to return the items which were not suitable for the style of my house at around 7 o'clock on June 3, 2023. I am writing this message to express my sincere thanks to the manager named Gina and the cashier Marty for their patience in helping me. (I don’t know if I spell their name correctly. ) They are very friendly and I really appreciate it! I’ll always be back there. Hopefully they have a very very wonderful night!
