I love this store! You can find great bargains for extremely nice merchandise that is either new or gently used. Their jewelry department is amazing!!!

I stopped in there to look at furniture. Looking for a new couch and a table to match. The old lady behind the counter was extremely rude and could care less what I wanted. I was willing to spend some good money on some nice quality furniture, and she did not care whatsoever. I also wanted to put a few pieces of high-end, well-taken care of furniture in their store, and they refused my items. They only look at pictures that you send through the email and they judge on the pictures only. They don't want to see the furniture in-person. They have no time for that. Whatever you do, please do not deal with "P" as she is completely unprofessional, and I don't understand how they still are in business after reading these reviews. I do not recommend doing business with them. It is unbelievable how this consignment shop rips you off. After 30 days you can either come get your product. If it doesn't sell or you have to give it to them for free. Unbelievable! There's no other consignment shops I have ever dealt with that does this. such a scam! :(

Unbelievable and unworthy to sell anything. Was willing to purchase about $3000 worth of items and then have them deliver them and pick up our $3000 couches to put them on consignment and the lady wouldn't have it said we had to buy our stuff and have it out of there within a week, but because it's the holiday they wouldn't look at emails and wouldn't be able to value our stuff until at least next week wouldn't even give us an additional week to hold it. . Terrible, terrible business practice. Do not recommend. I own a business and have been in sales for the past 30 years. Not sure what kind of sales person lets three grand plus they would've made an additional two grand off of my furniture so what kind of a salesman lets a $5000 definite sale just walk out the door? And whatever you do, please avoid P like the plague just a very miserable person.

Consignment stores are the luck of the draw. Sometimes you can go there and get lucky and other times. It's not your lucky day. But overall, the quality seems to be good, what I have learned is that a majority of this furniture gift brand new are sometimes from the department stores, and also from model homes. So you can find that these items are even hardly used, just for aesthetics. I am sure some of the items you can find elsewhere for cheaper, but the prices are pretty fair. There are some items that are on consignment, but still in pretty good condition so I would think that they have a certain standard that you have to have to be able to sell your items there. Definitely eclectic and you have some modern items there as well.

Jewelry - After looking at other options, because of their great reputation, I put several of my jewelry pieces on consignment. The members of the jewelry team are very professional and have several years of experience. They priced each piece appropriately and displayed them well. As a result, many pieces have already sold. I highly recommend them. I'm a very satisfied customer.

This place is filled with really the most unprofessional bullies. The store manager, Paula is the definition of a total nut case, a bully with a serious temper and a nasty mouth. They convince you to use their drivers and pay them few hundred dollars to get your high end furniture and then start trying to intimidate you so you can settle for practically nothing after they waste hours of your time from work and get you to pay them hundreds of dollars to receive your furniture. Then they damage your brand new high end furniture and tell you that it has been sitting there for more than 2 weeks but when you go into to the store, they wont let you see your furniture and claim it was sold for peanuts. We are going to report them to better business bureau and make sure we have our friends and neighbor wont go there. The old manager was a great gentleman and very ethical but the old lady, Paula is a totally piece of work and literally worse than any used sales car person, the ultimate gangster. She is a miserable woman and a complete ruthless CONARTIST. She is BIG bully with a filthy mouth. BE AWARE sellers do not go in or Paula and Nancy will harass you and bully you for a shake down.
