Pretty busy for an h&m store which fits with the bustle of spectrum. Organization of the clothing is pretty rough, if you want to find a specific article they are distributed all around the store and not really organized. When asking staff for advice on where to find pieces even they did not know

Horrible costumer service, uneducated staff, and unorganized store. Firstly I ask someone if they could find me an item but she just looked at me like I was an alien and told me to find it myself. Then at the checkout I asked the lady a question and she also just stared at me like she was brain dead. Not a single thought behind those eyes. They wouldn’t even price match from their sale online and she just again starred at me.

I originally gave 2 stars because the store was nice and looked like it was kept up well. The fact that I have been in the store for 30 minutes and haven’t seen one employee besides the two behind the register is unfathomable. All I needed to do was ask a question on where something was so I got in line to ask and when I got to the front the employee left the register?. This store is obviously poorly run and has a management problem that needs to be taken care of. Don’t go here

Came in like 3 minutes before they close .. because they were so gracious of letting my mom in .. she is sending me back with a big purchase list .. really thank you so much for making mom’s day ❤️

Absolute worst customer experience of my life. I misplaced the receipt and an employee the day prior was able to return the item but when I went back the very next day because I had forgot an item, they suddenly “couldn’t help me” and provided no alternatives. Will never shop at this store ever again.

Decent prices good selection. Helpful staff. Only 4 stars because they will not match online prices, even if online/local shows no stock of what you want, even though you'll are holding the item in your hand. But that is not the stores fault, that's a corporate decision.
