A powerful ‘BOSS’ was making fun of us like clowns. My wife is pregnant and due to give birth tonight, yet he cruelly toyed with us during such a critical time!
Because my car will expire in 2 days, but my pregnant wife will go to the hospital tonight, so I have to plan to return the car in advance and rent the car again, because I don't want to go over time or return the car with my newborn child? Nobody returns their car when their wife is in labor, right? This morning, my pregnant wife and I personally went to the hertz store in Irvine. I showed all the things I needed to rent a car, including passport, Bank of America credit card, Chinese driver's license, etc., to the staff there and asked if I could rent a car. If possible, I would rent a car through the website. Yes, there's no problem. Just fill up the tank. These conversations took place at your counter, this is evidence, you can even access the surveillance video, it is shameful to cover up your mistake, I went to the gas station to fill up the gas, returned to the store, ordered the order directly on the website, but the front desk changed the staff, directly refused my request, I said I came to the store this morning to ask your staff, I made sure everything was OK before I paid the order, but the worker was very rude and stressed that he was the boss, he was what he said, and was not responsible for what happened in the hertz store in Irvine this morning! His attitude makes me feel discriminated against! You know, he was like an emperor and he was very powerful, and I admit hertz is a big company, and the management of a big company is it okay to make a clown out of customers? Or even a pregnant woman who is giving birth today! Without any sense of responsibility, I don't know how he succeeded in becoming the management of hertz, or is hertz's corporate philosophy such? I will complain to this boss on any possible network platform and channel!

Reservation for pick up at noon on Saturday, but they were closing and didn't have time or cars. I offered to come back on Monday as long as I didn't get charged a no-show fee- instead it cost me $200 more and 25 minutes on the phone.
Edit to add- I'd like to thank the owner for responding, but I was STILL charged the no-show fee, despite at the very least being told I wouldn't. When I called again it was another 25 minute wait- so I completed the online form as directed. I received a confirmation email that someone would follow up, but never heard another word. Your link asks me to download messenger, but I've already submitted an online communication with no response.

This location used to be reliable and our go to location.In the past 2 months twice with reservations only to be informed the day prior that they would be unable to rent the reserved vehicle and offer an uncompilable vehicle. ie from van to car; from mini van to electric. unacceptable, disappointed, untrustworthy

worse car rental experience. I reserved a car online and they charged me right away for more than 600$ when I got there the front staff said they don’t have any car and it takes 4 days to get my money back. very unprofessional.
