I’ve been to this store a couple of times whenever I visit Irvine- and am always amazed by their rhinestone hoodies/jackets! Truly unique and compliment every outfit of mine… the workers are also very kind and helpful.

I went at 8:37pm with my daughter, the girl working there was very rude to me as soon as i walked in cause she pretended like as if i was non-existent, she greeted my daughter but didn't even look at me or greet me at all. The previous staff was much nicer, i won’t be returning here.

I bought a shirt that was the wrong size. They wouldn’t even let me swap it out for a different size. No returns. Why? They don’t care about their customers.

BUYER BEWARE! Definitely try on in store and make sure you love it because they have a no return policy. Will never make the mistake of shopping here again.
