“What can i say? This is a great workout! The trainers push you when you want to - or need to - be pushed. Some days I’m just not feeling it, but I get in and feel like I got a good sweat going. But the days that I’m ready to go, I leave knowing that I did a bunch of stuff that I wouldn’t have done at home or another gym. Allen, Nick, Raiden, Tiger, Connor… all great coaches.”

“Life-Changing Experience at The Camp Transformation Center of Irvine!

I first joined The Camp back in 2017 and lost 23 pounds. After trying other gyms, I decided to return because none of them offered the same experience and knowledge as The Camp Irvine. Since coming back, and becoming a member, I’ve lost 18 pounds and couldn’t be happier with my progress!

All the coaches are amazing, and they create an environment that pushes you to be your best. Thank you Coach Eric for your meticulous attention and dedication to help me improve my posture during each workout.

“If you’re reading this because you’re contemplating a change, and trying to decide if “OTF is worth it”–the answer is yes. If you want a sense of community, accountability, motivation, a clean environment, and to be guaranteed a machine or a set of weights every time you work out (on top of a total body workout), then the answer is yes–especially if you take a class with Melissa.

You’ll find people of all ages with different abilities here. Some are pretty athletic, and some are like me–just trying to better ourselves and improve our health.

It’s been about 2 months since I joined. Since then, I have noticed a change in body composition–I’m down about 10 lbs., have more energy and feel stronger overall. Never in my wildest dreams would I think that *I* would look forward to working out– ever. But I do.

This is coming from someone who has failed PE many times, who was one of the last ones to finish the dreaded mile run every week, and picked last for any sports team (as you can see, PE was very traumatic for me).

If I can learn to love this, you can, too.

Things I specifically like about this studio: overall welcoming vibe, coaches correcting form during class, music, and coaches are very motivating and engaging. Seriously, after every class, I feel like I can be a better version of me.

Anyway, if you just want to lift weights by yourself with your AirPods plugged in (and be surrounded by other people doing the same), then Club Studio is just a few doors down.”

“I’ve been training at Hamabe Dojo for about 5 months now, and I will say that the coaching and instruction are perfect for someone who wishes to go beyond just learning how to box; but rather understanding the technicalities of each movement, the purpose behind the technique, and how to apply them with purpose & intent. Another unique feature about the gym is the community, Hamabe Dojo is not only full of well educated individuals, but also disciplined and supportive. The family/community centered ideology is a staple of the culture at Hamabe Dojo. The feel of the dojo projects values of inclusivity, education, and community. The effort, precision, & dedication that is taught & required makes this gym worthwhile making the others seem like “boxing dance studios”. If you desire to train at an actual boxing gym and to be taken seriously, then I recommend training at Hamabe Dojo, because the training is not intended or suited for the casual.”

“I started at 9Round back in June with basically no kickboxing experience. It has been a very welcoming environment.Most of my workouts have been guided by trainer Zeus. “S1L Studio is literally my second home. I absolutely look forward to my weekly classes and I've been going here for the last 6 months. If only I went sooner! If you're new to dancing or love dancing but want to brush up on your choreography retention skills, this is a great studio to start off at in Orange County. They offer beginner choreography, intermediate choreography, heels, kpop, reggerton, cardio dance classes, and so much more!”

He made me feel comfortable and aquainted with the kids klub here and just overall with the gym. Naz is exceptional at her job over at kids klub! This ones a little further from me but I prefer this location because of the organized setup and professionalism.”

worker i know almost all of the 24 hour fitness in socal,oc,la,inland,sd,and this club the management is excelent the bathroons are always clean and they make sure the cleaning crew are always on it,congrats guys thanks so much,and i was really pleased with the changes they made upstairs adding an extra strecthing area with mats and foam roaller on that far corner which was an area that was always empty and unused good thinking,i just wish they were 24 four hours still :( its a relatively small gym and i oten cant use the machines i want because theres always someone i used to workout after 11 until
2 am please make it 24 hours again,i think the skinny short dark hair guy is the general manager and responsible for it i dont know his name but he is the man,one day some punk clogged the toilet he himself saw it put the rubber gloves and went and cleaned,best hard working manager you guys could possibly have,i hope you guys pay him well because he deserves the whole place is always clean and impecable and all the employes are super friendly!!Love this location even though is not a super sport”

“Very spacious and clean. Almost everything is brand new. Nice staff. Lots of squat racks and machines and punching bags. Only thing is that it is very crowded like 6-9 pm but other than that it is a great gym.”
