The lady recommended three bottles for my sick child who stayed in the car. When I asked her how to use them, she wrote directly on the bottles, so I felt obligated to purchase them. I was charged triple the amount that they sell for online. Triple what I was told they charge at the store. She keep saying she would find the itemized statement which was never given to me and credit my account because I was accidentally charge for a doctor visit. When this went on for several weeks I went back to the store and saw they have been evicted by the Sheriffs department on January 25 2023!

The store has a great selection of product, but no prices, there was tons of clutter towards the back, found some expired supplements that had been on the shelf since 2020, if I’m the owner I would suggest cleaning the store up from top to bottom, get some pricing on the shelves and that cooler is an absolute waste of space there was bare minimum product in there. Not sure how long this place will succeed.

This is my favorite vitamin store. I've been coming here for years. They sell homeopathic remedies which are better than anything big pharma has. Their products saved me during the ongoing pandemic for 3 years. They have their own homeopathic doctor who works here by appointment, called The Colonel. He studied homeopathy in 3 countries. His charge for an appointment is extremely small. He taught me a lot when he had his own store in Laguna Niguel. I followed him here to Great Earth Vitamin Store, Irvine. God bless this store.

I went to buy a mask and couldn't buy it, so I thought it was $29 for the recommended immune supplement, which was said to be good for viruses. When I calculated it, it was $129, so I asked to cancel right away, and they said there was no button, and the person in charge who called said I had to go back because I was off work, so I think I was scammed.Since we are still treating Ebola and AIDS, it is absurd to say that wearing a mask is the best way to prevent coronavirus.I was going to pass it up if it was about the price of vitamins, but it's $129.They told me to come back tomorrow, but I'm worried if I can get a refund.

This store is a rip-off. I bought some pre-workout supplement powder from this place and when I got home and opened it up, it was all hard and dry (completely unusable). I took the supplement back to the shop and the lady refused to give me a refund and gave me some story about the manufacturer calling me. Long story short she stole $60 dollars from me for an unserviceable product. Stay far away from this place.
