Bella was so incredibly helpful and sweet! She took her time to show me different pieces and help me try on to decide on something I really wanted. Both the solid gold and fashion jewelry are gorgeous. I will definitely be returning not only for the beautiful pieces but also because of the wonderful service!

I’ll start with the positive. The actual product is beautiful and exactly what my daughter wanted. Besides a nice piece and a beautiful store to display their pieces, this particular location might want to work on customer service training. I was in during the busy holiday and patiently waited to ask questions on 2 different pieces I was debating on. After about 15 minutes and realizing this was nothing like a normal jewelry store, I stood in a line at the register. When it was “my turn” I just asked for one of the two as to not waste anymore time. She never handed me the piece, or asked if I’d like to see it but simply stuck the piece (still in a plastic bag) in the handle bag and tossed a gift box in too.I worked in retail jewelry a long time ago. I understand times have changed, but forThe price point of their products it would not be a store I’d want to shop at again. It’s a real shame because they really had some great pieces and I’m sure if I’d been helped, I would have considered both pieces instead of just the one.I felt like I was ordering a hamburger not buying a nice piece of jewelry.

I really hate leaving negative reviews but there were several instances where my friends and I have had a poor experience shopping at this location. We are constantly ignored even if there are less than 5 people shopping in the area. The only common denominator is that we are all POC. We understand it is a busy location. What really upset me this time is that my mom was waiting for 20 minutes for someone to attend to her and every employee today attended to the girls that look just like them. Once my mom finally got attended, she was left with a simple phrase, "Oh we don't have those in silver" and no further assistance was given to my mom. Where as the same employee went on and on with helping this other woman when she asked her a similar question. This experience has never happened to any of us in Long Beach, Laguna, and even in Corte Madera. Seems like this store is really pushing an agenda that they only want a certain type a person shopping there. And lets play with the idea that there is no race involved, they still leave us with the impression that shopping at Gorjana is unpleasant. At least it is in this location.

Amazing customer service! They are always very helpful and knowledgeable with their jewelry. I am such a huge fan of Gorjana pieces. It's made very well in comparison to other brands, and I especially love their fine jewelry here. It's dainty and really pretty. I have a lot of Cartier and Chanel rings and the Gorjana 14k gold rings match perfectly with my stack. Some of their 14k solid gold pieces in the display cases have real diamonds too! I love their diamond bar ring. It is my favorite one I wear I'm my pointer finger. They drops new designs and pieces every now and then, so it's good to come back to see what is new because you can't have too much jewelry! Jk. Well, I wear jewelry daily and mix and match my pieces with different outfits because it's fun and helps keep me feeling happy on a daily basis lol. I love gold and diamonds. Very beautiful display cases and the value of their products is insane. They also do complimentary gift wrapping with a note!! Their gift boxes are so cute.

Such a pretty, clean, and peaceful store. It does make me feel really old going into these stores but it is fun to talk to a new generation of kids.

I just shopped at this store for the first time after receiving $100 in gift cards for Christmas. The jewelry looks the same as what you would buy in the jewelry district in LA, but obviously priced up to match what rent must be at the Irvine Spectrum. That's fine. However, the saleslady who helped me was super unpleasant. Unfortunately, I was caught off-guard and didn't think to get her name. The store was crowded and there were no prices on anything (including the jewelry that was out of the cases), and I didn't know what the average price there is since I've never shopped there before. I was trying to choose something for $100, but again, nothing had a price on it. So, when I saw the girl next to me open the drawer below the earrings and pull out the pair she wanted with a price attached, I did the same without thinking about it. I quickly found two pairs I liked that totaled the amount of the gift cards, when a very upset saleslady suddenly walked over telling me I was NOT allowed to access those drawers (not sure why they're not locked?). She then begrudgingly asked how she could help me, and I told her I'd like to buy the two pairs of earrings she just confiscated from me. We then went on to have a very awkward interaction where she was clearly angry at me, but had to ring me up. It ended with her silently thrusting the earrings at me without a word or smile and me attempting a weird, "thanks". All in all, it was a strange experience for an uninteresting looking product. Hopefully, I'll at least be proven wrong on the quality. I won't be going back to that store though. I understand that you deal with a lot of people you may not want to when you're in sales, but many of us have to do the same in our jobs, and her reaction to an innocent mistake was a little excessive.

although the lady who helped us out was quick to find the jewelry designs we were looking for ... she put all the jewelry in the same baggie and when i opened at home IT WAS ALL TANGLED UP so i spent 30 minutes detangling... and she also didn't offer to do the holiday gift wrapping they were promoting, even though she was offering it to guests before and after me... extremely weird behavior and will not be returning

I was so pleased with my service by Paige in the Spectrum store. I went in there with a concern and she immediately remedied it along with going above and beyond to provide me with gift wrapping of my merchandise.

It kinda bums me out to see the negative reviews for this location as I haven't had that experience at all. I've been here twice and have had a salesperson greet and help me with trying out earrings both times. I will say they do tend to steer you to the fine jewelry section, but since that's what I'm looking for anyway I don't really mind. Jen (or Jan? Sorry if that's not how you spell your name!) helped me out last Sunday and was super patient with me as I was deciding what to get. I ended up purchasing a hoop for my helix and a huggie with a white sapphire for my second lobe. You can purchase earrings as singles which is nice :) Everything except for my snake conch is from Gorjana, I got the diamond Huggies from my first visit and love them.

Heh I thought I was unlucky in my last experience of shopping from this location but now surprised when I see all reviews about how much staff were rude so not need to repeat that again I wanted to stop shopping from this brand after my last experience but suddenly I found Gorjana in fashion Island and changed my mind so for sure won't shop from spectrum one because I prefer to spend my money in wherever see and feel respect ! they have to learn how love their job and how love their costumers !
