Horrible. I have medical for the time being since i moved back to California from Texas. I'd give this negative stars if i could. I had to transfer my prescriptions since my normal go to pharmacy was back ordered. I was treated like an animal by Phil, who said his name was Bill until i was able to merge my nurse and him after a week of trying to get this done. I am on anti-seizure medications and they could care less. They needed prior authorization from my PCP, but were not forth coming. I finally was able to get this resolved, and they treated me like i was white trash when i got to the pharmacy today. Irvine is being taken over by Asians and Persians who are so racist against white people and it's unacceptable. They discriminate against white people and they need to be shut down. I will be reporting the pharmacist here to the board.

Great customer service the guy who helps me is very personable and remembers me. Always calls me when my prescription is ready and has a positive attitude. My last pharmacy was impossible to get ahold of. Happy to have switched over. 5 stars.

After having an issue with a shortage of one medication that is crucial and spending 4 hours searching I found this gem of a pharmacy. The angel on the phone instantly made me feel at ease and was so friendly. When my Mom showed up to pick it up they were so kind to her as well and she was very impressed with the care they took. The pharmacist also took the time to call me and go over a couple of things. I'm moving my arsenal of medications over to them. I can see immediately how special they are and my mother could as well!

Irvine Medical Center & its pharmacy here have been an invaluable part of my health & well-being for as long I've been ill. Without them I would not be here today.Pharmacists (credit to Philip & Bill) here provide amazing care, service and kindness through a plethora of offerings too long to list here. If there's a medication they can't provide you can be assured they have it available within their healthcare network. Great local pharmacy I'd recommend to anyone in the vicinity!

Amazing pharmacy within a great community health center! I've been going to this pharmacy since the fall of 2020 and I really enjoy being a patient here. The pharmacists here truly care about me & my family, always listen to my concerns, and work with me on my care plan!

Irvine Medical Center has always been such a great place to fill my prescription.They treat everyone there with such kindness. Especially if you're getting prescribed anything from a doctor at Irvine Medical Center, this is the perfect pharmacy as they seem to be in a great relationship with the doctors - they're are wonderful and they never make you feel rushed!

This is the best drug store in the City of Irvine. The staff is so attentive and helpful and the service is so quick and personal. Even though I live inIrvine, I would never consider using a different drug store. They are so much better than a big-box national chain. And, the shop is absolutely adorable and chocked full of handy items!

Friendly neighborhood pharmacy. If you have any questions about the drugs, these guys are my go-to! In fact, they would oftentimes explain how to take these meds better than my doctor would. Highly recommend stopping by!

Went there to pick up supplements and everyone at the pharmacy was very knowledgeable and caring. The pharmacists took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided thorough explanation and direction upon finding the right supplement for me. This small family owned pharmacy is awesome! They have a great customer service and very helpful. I will never go back to a large pharmacy again. You can tell they truly care about their customers and you aren't just a number.

Stopped by to get the latest COVID-19 vaccination done. Compared to big chain pharmacies where the wait was more like 30 minutes, wait was less than 10 minutes. Pharmacists were very informative and reassuring. Highly recommend for anyone needing COVID shots!
