It depends on who helps you the day of your moving. The first time they were really good and quick, but the second time another 2 men came and they came 1 hour earlier than our agreed time, just knocking on our door in the middle of us packing. And one of the men was so slow like he was drunk and very sleepy. They say tips at will but of course they will ask for tips in the end. Be ready for their tricks when you hire them.

They did a great job helping me with the moving. Easy to communicate from getting quotes to following up with them. Movers arrived on time. They also did great packaging! I have a lot of small items and they packed them pretty quickly. I am thankful that they made the move easy and convenient! I would defined hire them again if I were to move again.

Need help moving some of my moms furniture- this company was timely professional and honest. Highly recommend using them again when I need help moving some personal stuff. They wrapped all the furniture to ensure nothing was damaged. Staff transported to new location and placed exactly where We wanted.

Today I just finished my moving with Fortune Moving. I have my best experience in moving as a frequent mover almost every 2 years. Fortune Moving provide professional full service including move of my Grand Piano! I contacted a few other moving companies, but they can't move Grand Piano. Fortune moving moved my piano successfully from 2nd floor with a narrow and hard turn corner without any damage!!! Also the owner of the company is so nice, since I worried my piano so much, he came help moving of my piano and delivery it to new destination without extra charge. They are also very coordinated with my change of moving date. Their service is professional, flexible and complete full service. Highly recommend them especially if you have piano and don't have to hire separate piano mover!

Very unprofessional and shady bussiness. Stay away!We booked and confirmed with them 3 days ahead of time. They CANCELED on us three hours before our scheduled move! This is totally unacceptable.
