OUTSTANDING SERVICE!(Thank you Lilly and your management staff!)Was out of town and needed human intervention to ensure a package didn’t get lost in the ether. I consider myself fortunate to have had Lilly answer the phone! There are people who still go above and beyond and care about the person who called. I’m grateful!Additionally, this store is always spotless, well stocked and you’re always greeted and helped as soon as you walk in. We are fortunate to have such a full-service FedEx here on Campus with exceptional employees!

Don't take your photos here. My photo was overexposed and of poor quality (low dpi), got rejected by a US entity. They didnt even refund or retake my photo.

I came by with 10 boxes to ship, not knowing how to do it, and Lilly came by to help with no hesitation. She was very friendly yet professional at the same time. I also kept apologizing for the hassle but she gave me a reassurance every time. Lilly is also very competent at her job. She explained to me the different shipping rates since I had no idea, and she delivered her message very concisely. I have so much respect to this store because of her. Thank you!!!!

Lilly went above and beyond to help me return some car parts. She helped me find the correct boxes and offered the service to wrap them up in bubble wrap to protect them. Was so thankful that she was able to assist me. Her friendly attitude and customer service exceed every experience I've had with any shipping service! Thanks FedEx! FedEx delivered several packages to the wrong address, took a picture and when I told them it was wrong address, there response was we have a photo of delivered package. The company I paid refuse to reimburse because they put correct address. So I started trying to pick up directly from FedEx, guess what occasionally a package to another nearby FedEx Ofc and gets lost in the process of redirecting it to the FedEx Office closest to me. SMH Meanwhile, I must file consumer financial loss complaints in order to attempt to recover my losses.

employees here are super unhelpful and they aren’t knowledgeable of using the printers… there were no customers & when I asked for help the 3 employees said they don’t know how to use the printers and refused to help me… will be printing elsewhere

Lilly & Oliver were so helpful. I rushed in at the last minute & they were patient & calm — laughing with my attempts at humor (GPS had sent me all over to find this store); very thoughtful duo with excellent customer service!

Honestly don't come here. Only came here cause it was a convenient location but I would even go out of my way to go farther out to get better customer service. First of all, I'm not sure if he's a manager, but a Hispanic looking guy was "helping" me out. He's been passive aggressive before, but this time he was straight up rude. I arrived about 15 min before closing to send out a package. The whole time this guy seemed so annoyed to even help me out. I was caught off guard but decided to just ignore it. However, at the end he quoted me $55 to send out the package that would arrive over a week later. I was confused because I checked online and put in the information and the FedEx website quoted me around $20 for less than one week shipping. So I said "hold up" and started putting the information in and sure enough, I put in the exact information he had and it quoted me $25. I showed this to him and he said "oh yeah it's way cheaper online, uhh, like half off." I had a feeling he was trying to skimp me out and thought I wouldn't say anything. Anyway as soon as the clock hit 7 he said "WELL ITS 7PM WERE TECHNICALLY CLOSED SO I CANT HELP YOU" wtf? First of all you were already helping me, all I had to do was swipe my card. Second, it took like literally 30 seconds for me to look up this info and all of a sudden he can't service me. I was in no mood to argue so I left. I came back the next day and a very nice person with a lip piercing helped me out so shout out to that person! :) they actually were nice ab helping me and made me comfortable unlike that other dude.

Terrible experience. What was suppose to be an easy drop off turned into a huge hassle. I was trying to ship my laptop and phone back to my previous employer and was told that I had to take it out of the case which it was in which was not necessary. The whole package could have been put into a box and easily shipped off. I was than told I would need a separate box and label for an iphone which was ridiculous since I could have shipped it in the same box! This was a huge waste of time. It just seemed like the knowledge of shipping an item was sub par

Terrible experience. The guys at the center were super unhelpful. Asked them to help me get a pre-paid return envelope to send over my passport and other critical docs but they were unwilling. They said look at self-service. The website on their system was causing issues as well and I left, saying that I wish you guys were helpful. Bad experience, wouldn't prefer to go there.PS: In Southbay Torrance, I used to be a huge fan of Fedex. Used to be a loyal customer and also used to recommend them for any shipping / printing needs. Looks like its not the same everywhere.
