This location has some terrible employees. Their machines are very difficult to use. I went there printed some documents. After printing a document, the system resets, requiring you to swipe your card again. I printed a 7-page document and made less than five copies, but I was charged multiple times. Worse than that was the attitude of their staff. No one sincerely listened to the customers' problems or offered help. Their process for copying IDs is to print the front side first, then place the front side along with the back side in the printer to print both sides on one sheet. This means I have to pay for two sheets of paper to get both sides of the ID printed, and this method results in the ID being barely readable. I asked the staff, and a very big man and a woman both casually told me this is the only way.. When I raised this issue, the very big man was very impatient. Despite my telling him that I had just printed and it wasn't clear, he insisted on doing it again and told me this was the only way. The whole experience was terrible, and I won't go to FedEx again. It’s a shame to have employees like this. I have to go to Office Depot to do it again and everything was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful and with print knowledge there. Such a different experience.

I was in a hurry. The Printer didn't work, I waited for a very slow employee. He took care of everybody while trying to fix the printer. And they didn't accept my package although it was in its factory package.

PRETTY SAD SERVICE ! I popped in here today to drop off a return...a pair of Merrell Trail Glove 6 shoes in their original shoebox secured with packing tape. I had bought the shoes at Merrell online a few days earlier and they were sent to our house via Fedex shipping....not a good fit. The guy at the service counter refused to take them for shipping back to Merrell because they were in their original shoebox...a Merrell requirement. You will have to put them in a box from us. I told the guy that I had already paid $5 to Merrell for the return. I also mentioned that I had dropped off an identical Merrell shoebox here for return to Merrell a week ago. That was a mistake the guy told me. There was no way this guy was going to let me off the hook unless I paid for a Fedex shipping box. NO WAY ! I left and successfully dropped them off at another Fedex location.

The manager is sooooo mean. My phone died when I was trying to confirm the shipping address. There is a cable in the store but the manager (Lady) said “I know you need to charge your phone, but you cannot use our charger” omg… Do not understand why such a mean lady can be the store manager…

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
My shipping label stated that it could be printed until today. Ryan scanned my barcode told me it does not work and kept telling me I can go to another location, the conversation was over, was unwilling to get the manager for help, was unwilling to provide any alternative ways to try to help, and was playing on his phone while silently standing in the store.
Sno, the manager was equally rude, not trying to understand what happened, not offering help, just telling me I ought not to worry about the situation.
I will be leaving a BBB review as well.

I came to drop off my bags, but the employee Sno was extremely rude. Despite explaining that the label was sent to their mailbox, she insisted I step out and wait outside.Unhappy with her behavior, I won't be returning to this location.

$2 just to use their computer to print something! Doesn't make any sense!!!! What kind of store provides a printing service without a free to use computer?!!
