The female store manager is really mean and very discriminatory, so she is not suitable to be a store manager at all. Every time I go, I feel bad.

not only have you guys shorten your hours from closing at 11 PM when you used to now you guys vacuum in the middle of the day when you’re open no so I could call my credit card company and do a charge back against the charge for wanting to use your computers to print something and I couldn’t because well you guys started a vacuum middle of the day I get allergies and I have asthma so you can’t vacuum in the middle of the day no so do not go to this FedEx because it deserves to be demolished

For the print of paper from pdf they send you to do self service taking long time and didn’t receive code and still waiting for paper they can help you in 3 minutes .5 people working here but prefer to customer do self service?!?! Too much attitude from worker and also their manager. She told me we are doing great job helping people.!?!? If customers do self service what is the great job she talking about. She is rude and this is not a customer service this is self service

Staff here is very mean and unhelpful. The staff is rude to customers and you waste so much money because their WiFi is extremely slow. Avoid this place at all cost. Go somewhere else. Do not waste your money at this location. Worst customer service ever!!!

by far the worst fedex location service. The staff do not know how to inform their customers of factual information. Their Assistant Manager- Maria, informed me of incorrect information possibly jeopardizing my package from getting lost: Luckily, I was familiar with the type of label I used to know that the information she quoted was ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT

I had a disappointing experience with the store manager, Sno. She greeted me with “What do you want?” which felt rude and unwelcoming.
As someone who is still learning English, I would have appreciated more kindness and understanding. I hope she will treat future customers — especially non-native speakers — with more patience and respect.
That said, the other staff members were sweet and friendly, which I truly appreciated.

FedEx is where shipping packages meets stress injections. Our lovely manager likes to breathe down everyone's neck – guess she's trying to ensure we mail our packages with precision and anxiety. Customer service is top-notch, but the attitude could use some shipping out. Maybe she needs a stress-relief package of her own – a one-way ticket to a quiet desert island sounds about right.

Worst FedEx shipping experience ever today. I went to this FedEx center to ship my stuffs all the time and received nice service until today. The lady manager is so mean and with bad attitude when I point out to her my insured FedEx shipping label should include free FedEx box instead of buying box directly from her. She just picked and dropped two FedEx boxes on the ground and ask me to fit my shipping stuffs by myself without helping me. I am totally shocked by her bad attitude and eventually she said I need to buy a bigger box for this shipping. I am totally fine if free box can’t accommodate my shipping stuffs but her mean attitude is not qualified as a store manager at all. I saw many bad reviews about her service and attitude here and not sure why she is still a store manager in this location. For sure, I will avoid to be served by her in the future or find a different store.

Been to this location twice now and have been happy with my experience both times. The store is large with lots of shipping material and printers, and all the employees have been friendly and helpful.

A few days after I accidentally shipped packages to an incorrect address, I contacted FedEx to attempt a package retrieval. Within the span of two days they were able to retrieve the packages and deliver them to the correct address. This location went above and beyond to correct an error on my part and I'm thankful for that.

do not ship anything containing lithium battery in this place. i suggest you to choose usps or ups to avoid this stupid rule. and fedex do not have any reason to exist to be honest. the employees in this store simply told me they are not qualified to ship it. they explained that they just collect package and send it to the fedex on 7000 barranca. i asked, since you collect package and send it there, why i have to send the package to 7000 barranca but not here? they do not have a good answer. as other customer reviewed, the employees here are extremely rude. and fedex is the worst company ever exist.
