Made an appointment with Dr. Fishbein a month ago.Was told they had to verify my insurance before an appointment could be made, it was checked/approved, appointment put on books.Now less than 24 hours from appointment I'm told it's being cancelled because my insurance is not okay. Nothing had changed on my end.So I responsibly do everything as directed and now have to look for a new doctor and wait weeks - without meds - to get an appointment.This doctor's staff is inefficient, unprofessional and cannot be depended on for basic administrative tasks. As a retired Medical Assistant, their complete lack of accountability, zero effort to make things right or voice any concern for their mistake was shockingly poor customer service.Beware. If they are making mistakes at the most basic administrative levels they are assuredly making far worse with prescriptions, electronic medical record maintenance and billing!

Hopefully after waiting and dying of Body aches it was my turn and I thank only the doctor who made me better but Slowest urgent care I’ve ever been, first they said six people are infront of me then after an hour they said two people then after an hour again they said two people! They don’t respect your time and health .

Had the weirdest doctors visit ever today. Went in to get Dr. Bunton to approve of a medication being refilled and he proceeded to come in and ask me about a different medication that i am on, that did not need to be refilled. I answered his questions about the medication and before I could even ask him about the one i Actually needed, he said "let me go get you something real quick" and after 5 minutes this woman comes in and gives me the clipboard with the summary of my visit and I was honestly in complete shock. The woman told me he was now in another appointment and that I could wait until he's done or she would call me later about the medication? I'm a young woman and it kind of felt like He did not take the appointment seriously because of those two factors. I felt very disrespected by him and honestly that I had wasted my time. This isn't the first time he has disrespected me, he once blamed my anxiety disorder on my menstrual cycle?? Starting to feel that he may just be a misogynist? Or that maybe he just has no clue what he's doing? Or a bit of both. Very disappointed, wishing tamara was still there.

Dr's don't listen to you. They just want your copay and you out the door. Only good person they had there was tamra and she left so absolute waste of time going here now.

Front office receptionist was refusing to listen and just asked for a name of the medical group when I had the group and issuer number. Even when I said I would pay everything out of pocket, she refused to book an appointment and hung up while I'm speaking. I never left a review with just an interaction with one person at the front desk, but it was so bad that I had to leave this review. Such a rude and uncaring human being. I think I can ask anyone for $20 on a street and anyone will respond more politely than this receptionist. Unless you are an existing patient with lot of patience, don't even bother calling them.

Absolutely horrible!!! I didn't even get seen by a doctor but this is a review for the front desk staff. I walk in, show my insurance. The overweight woman behind the desk says she's never heard of my insurance. I explain to her the clinic is in-network and she can call to verify. She proceeds to argue with me for 5 minutes telling me it's not her job instead of spending 5 minutes calling to verify. I walked out without any care. What absolute negligence for the patient's wellbeing.

HORRIBLE experience, please go next door to Hoag if you can. I had a bad ear infection so I stopped by. The nurse practitioner is beyond clueless. If she doesn't know how to diagnose a simple ear infection, who knows what the heck she is doing with other patients. She looked in my ear and said it was severely inflamed and she couldn't even see down my canal. So what did she do? Ordered the nurse to perform a high pressure lavage. It was extremely painful and started bleeding badly because of this. Then she ordered me only steroid drops even though it's an infection which requires antibiotics. The pain and blood continued that night and I was forced to go again to urgent care- this time next door to Hoag to see a competent physician. He gave me combination antibiotic/steroid drops and oral antibiotics if it didn't clear up. I told him about the lavage and the medicine the NP at family care centers gave me and he was as confused as me. The drops the doctor gave me at Hoag did the trick and in about a weeks time everything was good. Literally paid family care centers $115 for nothing except to make me bleed and give me more pain. You've been warned
