Spoke to Karen for about 45 seconds and she was not helpful at all. She acts like you are lying. After 45 seconds of talking she judged me like she knew my whole history. I had to probe her to get any information on help from other places. I don’t think she wants to help anyone. Thanks Karen for your compassionate heart for those who are going through severe disabilities. Hope you never get one.

This "NON PROFIT" organization is questionable. A non profit funded by donations, federal and state funding that ignores people in need. The excuse of there is a "pandemic" is not viable any longer. The office is closed and I assume people are working from home. If that's the reason for ignoring phone calls and emails. I have been trying to contact someone for over a month. All my calls and emails go unanswered. So what exactly is the public funding funding? Perhaps, they discriminate in who they will assist. However, I have my questions as to why I can't get assistance from a NON PROFIT that receives donations and government funds. This is unacceptable from a NON PROFIT thats suppose to help you during a crisis.
