When we made the decision to replace out ceramic tile and carpeting with LVP, we chose Fairmont Flooring. We felt no pressure while we were making our choices and Joe recommended taking the samples for days to get a feel for what we wanted and how it would look in our home. When we made our decision, the installers were on time, worked long days and left our home spotless. The job was completed in 2 days and we are thrilled with the results.

This team was incredible. Price was fair but the result was extraordinary. They took out all the terrible flooring we previously had and put in the most beautiful vinyl planks. I cant recommend anyone better. BEST IN THE BUSINESS. Process was quick too.

I'd searched all over OC to find a great flooring store to purchase new wood laminate floors and have them installed in my kitchen and dining room; it took me awhile but I finally found the best around in Fairmont. The team there was very kind (I had bad experiences with employees at their competitors stores), they carry GREAT brands, they came off as trustworthy from day one. The samples they had, I didn't see at other stores, they had done the leg work and wanted to make sure that everything they sold was of good quality and would last. I'm so glad I didn't settle earlier at another store. We got our wood laminate flooring from Fairmont and they installed it as well, the install was done in a day and was fantastic. Price was great. I will be a repeat customer. My wife and I are in awe at how great our new flooring is.

Their installers are second to none and did a flawless job. They were always on time, did their job and cleaned up when they were finished. We decided to go with this company because of the salesman Alek, he was knowledgeable, energetic, with a lot of great input. After that everything went downhill from there on out. We were told it would be a 4-day job, which ended up being 3+ weeks. They were supposed to send a crew out to our home, when they arrived, there was a single person to do the whole job. When I spoke with Brian (the owner and subcontractor hired by Fairmont Flooring demo/installation subcontractor) Brian proceeded to tell me, once he got done talking about himself, that Alek was young and didn’t know what he was talking about or doing, and that he would not be sending anyone else out. I’m not sure if this guy is misogynistic or just playing rude! Who speaks to their clients like this? Brian also stated that he would call me at the end of the day to give me an update on a time frame. The next time I spoke with him, he let me know that he didn’t need to call me, I could talk to his employee that was working at the house. Then the flooring didn’t match the samples. We had to pick a whole new flooring. At 8:30 PM I had to help the worker, move and put back furniture, due to the fact he had no help with him. And lastly, the company couldn’t even come out to explain how to care for THEIR product or look at the final installation-they asked for photos so they could collect final payment. The install work would good, but not worth all the headache.

We Needed to replace the carpet and tile in our rental townhouse in Irvine and found Fairmont Flooring. Alek was our very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. We picked out a luxury vinyl plank flooring and are so pleased with the results. It truly looks beautiful and the installers did a wonderful job on all of the stairs. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend fairmont Flooring.

Joe designed the tile in my entry-way years ago. I love it and many visitors have commented that they think the design is great. Of course I called Joe when it was time to replace my carpet. I LOVE the new carpet - it is SO soft! The workers were prompt, worked quickly, cleaned up everything, and did a terrific job. And the guy who installed vinyl flooring in my office did a superb job as well. Joe and Steve have many, many products to chose from and they offer years of expertise to help selecting the best product at the price that suits you.

Joe and his team at Fairmont Flooring are the absolute best! Needed carpet and tile changed out for a property being listed for sale. They helped us select the right carpet and tile and had it installed asap. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. The installers were professional and left the area cleaner than how they found it. Save yourself time and aggravation and skip the big box stores and check out Fairmont Flooring. I highly recommend them!

Joe and his team did an outstanding job! Again! I called Fairmont Flooring when I purchased my home and three years later, I called them back for a new job. I pulled the carpet out of my master bedroom and replaced it with a beautiful LVP that if you didn't know better, looks almost just like my Porcelain Tile that I have throughout. I am so happy with my choice. The crew arrived on time, were respectful of my home and wrapped up within a day. I cannot thank Joe enough for coming through for me, yet again.
