A HUGE Thank you to the Extra Space Storage Team! We are moving storage units from Public storage that has been a nightmare and Justin has been so helpful through this process of selecting our unit helping me through all of the leasing contract steps! Very excited to be making this switch over and the pre payment option is fantastic as well! Definitely recommend ??

Safe storage place in Irvine, Ca. I’ve used them a handful of times over 15 years, and they are always quick and friendly! Great rates too. Highly recommend!

Justin the manager at this location is so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained every detail of the lease agreement with no room for doubts. I am definitely recommending this location to all students at UCI.

Up until now, i have been very pleased with Extra Space. Good customer service, clean facilities...I went to pay my rent this month, and noticed it is $22 higher than last month. I went to call customer service, it goes to the general support line. I select the options to get to my branch, and keep getting bounced back to the general support line.I decide to head down to the branch. It is the sunday of a holiday weekend, but the app says this branch's hours are till 10 today. I show up, the hours on the door say they are closed on sundays.Luckily, there is a little kiosk. I use that to call customer support. I explain my situation. They said that a postcard was snail mailed last week explaining the price hike.A postcard! And there is no notification by email, despite the bills being paid online. Insanity...

The transition from start to finish was top notch. I had a sense of peace and ease even when I transferred from there location on construction to the one on Warner avenue. They even gave me an upfront refund within 5 days and not a mail in check. This was truly a God move because I had no other options. Thank you to the wonderful lady on Warner and Jason on construction st who were phenomenal with class in customer service and presentation. Extra storage is the next best thing when storing your beloved items with a sense of peace and ease knowing that is going to work out.

It was a great place to store our college students stuff. Boxes and bags weren’t dusty when went back to retrieve them. Great customer service!

The manager, Justin, at the storage on Construction Circle is super nice. I can’t remember the last time when I encountered such a good person. Very human and professional. I was late for payments and he was very understanding and accommodating. I will keep my stuff there for a while.
