I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, providing me with peace of mind for storing my belongings. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The convenience of accessing my storage unit is a big plus. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and hassle-free storage solution.

Juan Siri is the new on site manager and I am currently happy with his customer service compared to the prior manager. Juan is a much needed improvement for this location.

Needed a storage unit for our daughter within only a few days. We had no idea what size, but got all the help we needed from staff. The recommended unit was perfect. All went flawlessly. Would definitely recommend!

I went online and made the reservation to be able to hold the price of a unit I was interested in. I showed up and met with Andrew. He was very nice and the whole process was very easy. I like the location of this facility and the hours are accommodating.

Best I've found in the area for storing my extra things. I tried a couple other facilities before this one, but this is the best so far. I've now been storing at this location for 1.5 years. I got a unit here for the same price as one I had at trabuco self storage that was half the size. Best facility, hours, and prices. Kevin at the front desk is always very helpful. Thank you so much!

We were looking for our next storage and found Extra Space Storage in Irvine. We decided to pop in and check it out, and Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service provided by Kevin, and a very nice storage facility!! We'll definitely use Extra Space Storage when we're ready to move in!!

The staff have been very accommodating and are good at following up on payment reminders and receipt of payment. Facility is well maintained. Rates are competitive. Good location. I recommend them to anyone looking for vehicle storage.

I had damage to dozens of items from flooding and mold after storing for just over two years. It seems the drains near the back of the property weren't kept clean and free of debris which allowed water to back up into several units. My insurance doesn't cover flood damage and Extra Space was unwilling to do anything about the damage. Beware, as they appear to still be renting those units with the knowledge they may flood.
