Extremely pleasant experience, beautiful showroom, love the variety of products and design of each vendor. Amazing staff with professional courtesy. I’m a designer from Signal Hill, CA. Met Kenny Mach in 2021 and was so impress with him. I had to come by and establish connection with Kenny and the showroom.

Awesome showroom with all the appliances you could ever dream of! Joanne was recommended to us by our contractor and she was a star! Always there for us even on her days off! Projects never go smoothly but even when things went wrong Joanne was on top of it, made the calls and got it fixed. We are so thrilled with the end result - couldn't be better! Thanks Joanne! You're awesome!!!

Our sale lady is Cheryl Barnes. She is extremely patient and helpful. She answers all our questions and helped us to make all the customized changes needed for the Sub-Zero. We are very happy with our shopping experience with her and the Expressions Home Gallery.

Stopped in for a quick look and we received 5+ stars for Expressions Home Gallery and special thank you to Mary for all of your hard work and dedication. Our old built in fridge, microwave and oven all need to be updated. We are very happy with Mary's service and knowledge. Our kitchen looks 10x better now. I only have one photo of our new microwave but I'll update with more photos later.

Cheryl was fantastic. My wife and I were having our guest bathroom remodeled and we were looking for a very specific make and model of lighted vanity mirror and towel warmer. Cheryl took the time to locate the exact items we were looking for. Despite supply chain issues Cheryl had them shipped to our home in a few short weeks. Thanks Cheryl. Highly recommend

I'm very happy to have found Expressions Home Gallery in Irvine. I had ordered a toilet for our bathroom reno from another company in October (said to be delivered by Nov 4th, in time for Thanksgiving guests) and by Nov 14th, it was not delivered and I was fighting for a refund. I was recommended by a friend to check them out and they did not disappoint! I went to Expressions Home Gallery in Irvine and they were amazing and extremely helpful. Since my first call/contact with Cheryl, at Expressions Home Gallery, everything went smoothly. She was very helpful, gave me all the details I needed, what was in stock/out of stock, and time frame to receive the item. The company is very honest and upfront/direct on all of the info. I received great service and she very pleasant to work with. Everything went through as planned, very carefully delivered and arrived perfect!!!! And in time for my Thanksgiving guests to arrive. It is rare to find stores like this today.... I would strongly recommend Expressions Home Gallery in Irvine - honest group of people who care about their business and service, and I will be happy to shop there in the future. They will be the only place I shop in the future. Thank you to Expressions Home Gallery!

Kenny is top notch! We purchased appliances from a distance, with Kenny as our "appliance concierge" . He was patient and efficient, and understanding when we had a bit of an issue. He was very quick to resolve the issue and had us up and running the very next day! Would highly recommend!

Thank you Mary! You helped us design our flawless dream kitchen and bathroom. You were there every step of the way helping us match faucets to sinks and the drains to the rain shower heads. Mary recommended a Viking cooktop, microwave and oven in stainless steel and it makes our kitchen POP. Everyone who visits, loves it. Thank you again. Highly recommended! Ask for Mary!

Things started out great but ultimately fell far short of our expectations. We were looking for kitchen and bath fixtures and this place is close to home with a pretty good selection. We were helped by Dori Wigger and she was fantastic guiding us through the process and helping us pick out the perfect kitchen faucet ($800+). We completed the purchase and were told we would have it in about three weeks. Three weeks came and went and we didn't receive any updates on the status of our faucet. I sent FOUR emails to Dori and left TWO voicemails over the course of three more weeks seeking status of this order along with questions on some bath fixtures we were interested in). I did not receive the courtesy of a response to any of my attempts. When I called the main number to see if she still worked there, I was told she did. Extremely disappointing that a salesperson would ignore every attempt at communication once the sale was made. We finally received the faucet yesterday - 7 weeks later. I have no issues with the delay in receiving the item, I know that is on the manufacturer and not within the salesperson's control. But I do have an issue with someone who ignored SIX attempts to reach her - that is terrible customer service and they have lost a customer as a result. We still have six more faucet sets to purchase but will be doing business elsewhere due to our experience with this particular salesperson. There are too many options out there and online to waste our time or money with someone that has no regard whatsoever for the customer. I hope the management of this location sees this review and addresses it before they lose other customers as a result.

Absolutely love this store!! Ask for Joanne. We recently purchased Dacor appliances from Expressions. Joanne made sure our delivery went well. . Since store is small they can still offer mom and pop type of service. I purchased Viking appliances 6 years ago & recently purchased a shower valve & faucet at Pacific Sales store. Pacific Sales still lack customer service. Pacific sales forgot or lost my order. It took 2 months just to get the faucet and if I didn't ask they would never have known. Shop at Expressions!! You will thank me.

We just did a FULL HOUSE gut remodel and my experience with Joanne at Expressions was one of the best parts of the renovation! First, prices were same or less than online retailers AND YOU GET FULL CONCIERGE HUMAN SERVICE. A must when dealing with a stressful remodel. There were times when I had to call Joanne for last minute change orders - and she handled with ease and always made sure I was taken cared of. Thank you Joanne for your kindness and patience.
