I had my car tinted with them. Couple days ago the film on the left passenger side came off. I called them on Friday 6/10 and Ken answered my call. I asked him what is the warranty for tinting, he said lifetime warranty. I told him that I got my car tinted 7 years ago and since it lifetime warranty, can I get it repaired. He told me to send pictures to his cell phone. I sent him the pictures including the receipt (yes, I kept it in case) at 10:14am. He finally responded at 2:12pm and said "Thank you, I don't think I understand the picture, it looks like the door molding has come out...". I told him it's not the case and sent him 3 more pictures about 10-15 minutes later. No respond from him. I call him this morning 6/11 around 11:30am, he didn't pick up. I texted again, no response. Take a look at the pictures. Tell me if this is not tinting issue. If you wants to have your car tinted with this place, be warranted. Their lifetime warranty claimed is bogus. This Ken guy, very unresponsive. So unprofessional.

Hallelujah! They are open during COVID, except for Wednesdays. They are the best. Friendly and they do a great job!

Hidden the the bowels of one of our parking structures is this nice little service. I have had them Wax and detail my car a few times. Great service comes out looking better then they day i picked it up from dealership. Prices are good for the amount of work done. and the fact that i can drop off car in morning walk to my office and pick it up on my way to lunch.

This is an easy drop-off hand car wash service that is at the bottom of the parking structure. They do a pretty good job considering the price of the car wash - $20 for sedans and smaller cars, and $22 or $25 for SUVs depending on the size. The price covers exterior hand wash, exterior light wax, and interior vacuuming. They also have some other services such as restoring foggy headlights.
