Horrible bank . Rebecca Lee sits by and watches if anyone is parked in the banks spots and towes the car . No warning nothing . My son was visiting and car was gone when he came out . I guess money means nothing to them . I've never had this experience in all the years I've lived in Orange County

This bank is pro Russia, they are still issuing cards that work in Russia to assist people traveling there, even with the current conditions in Ukraine. Banking here is supporting Putin, his imperialist efforts, and his corrupt regime.
