I was helped as soon as I walked into the store. Measurements were taken quickly and I was able to make my purchases and get on with my day without undue delay. The person helping me was knowledgeable and respectful.

I had a very unpleasant experience at DXL today with a salesperson named April. She seemed upset with my presence from the beginning and didn't listen to my requests. She had a very unpleasant attitude towards me and was reluctant to help me. Her behavior was insulting and unwelcoming.

It was great overall. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was they wanted me to pay up front for ordering a shirt cuz they didn't have the one i wanted in my size. So I didn't order it but it's okay. I still like the store very much.

Great store, bigger than the Brea one, better parking too. Had my online order ready to go. Couldn't find just regular long sleeve shirts when I went though.

I was greeted when I walked in the door by a lovely man who helped me find exactly what I wanted. He was so welcoming that I would return to the store just to see him. My sales receipt says his name is Carlos.

Carlos is the man . He’s a great guy very knowledgeable and very helpful. This is the second time he helped me. First time was lil over a yr ago. He just an awesome person. I went to get an outfit for a wedding I was attending. He was able to meet all my needs from his suggestions and opinions. He made me feel special. You can’t miss him his mustache tips are curled on each end. Carlos keep be amazing you’re awesome ?

Excellent place for big and tall men. Great selection and friendly staff. Only issue for me is I am not fluffy enough to find my fits. Sizes in pants start at 40 so I am still looking.
