Selecting paint colors is not a strong suit for me and my family. We had been contemplating the. painting of the interior of our house for years and finally, as luck would have it, timing caught up with us because we only had 24 hours to spare to make some decisions before our painters were scheduled to arrive.That's where the Dunn Edwards color consultant, Carolina comes into play. Because of our last minute time crunch, my family was quite stressed out when we met her. Long story short, Carolina was an absolute joy to work with and helped us with our final color selections.The end result: we are thrilled with the colors we chose.Thank you Carolina!

Beautiful store but it took 40 minutes to get a quart of paint. Unacceptable and what makes it worse is that you can see the workers in the back slacking off

Our painting contractor recommended using Dunn-Edwards paint and that we see a consultant to help choose the right colors. Carolina was super helpful and sent us away with large size swatches that helped us be confident we made the right choices. Many thanks!

Products and brand are excellent. But costumer service is awful. More than one time I been asked the guy in front to call someone in the back since there’s a waiting line and only one register open wile the guys in the back you can clearly see them talking each other in the back. other few times I just walk out

I came in to do a color match and ordered a gallon of it, they told us it's gonna be hour wait, we came in 10 mins before the hour mark and the lady who helped us lied to the other laid that was helping us saying that is only been 30 mins since we put the order in, we paid at 8:35am and came back at 9:25 am, when another employee asked her how long we've been waiting she told them we haven't been waiting a long time, lying for the second time, I really don't mind waiting, but what bothers me is that she lies, there's no need to lie and say we've only been waiting 30 mins, just be straight up and be like we're a little behind, we didn't end up get our paint till 10:11am an hour and 40 mins later

Oliver was so very helpful. This location did not have what I needed. Oliver called another store and took care of it for me. He was welcoming from the moment I walked into the store. Awesome customer service!!!!!! Thanks Oliver!!!!!

Went to go look at some paint samples and ask a question to a person behind the counter. He said he didn't know. He referred me to the specialist interior design person who worked at another location that you had to make an appointment with. So I did it. She did not seem very interested in what I had to tell her. Like maybe I wasn't going to spend enough money? I don't know she was looking down her nose at me. Telling me that the paint she was suggesting was with all the homes in Newport did.I told her what I wanted and clearly did not listen to me. Anyhow, went back to get more samples and still no help. As they were closing, so I didn't have a lot of time. Running out of time with my painters. So now I am stuck with a paint that I hate. The paint itself seems to be good. It's like customer service has like left the planet

We have been working with Dunn Edwards and it has been absolutely amazing! I cannot express how great Subhi S. has been with us. He's incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond in kindness and customer service. As a general contracting construction company, we are extremely impressed and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I was so disappointed with my experience at this store. I came in to buy two gallons of paint, and I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes. The attitude of the staff was so rude and impolite. I even saw one of the employees roll her eyes at a customer when talking on the phone. I will definitely not be coming back to this store.

Staff has always been very friendly, extremely helpful, even when I call on the phone. They will always go out of their way to answer your questions. They never make me feel "rushed".

The best paint hands down of any manufacturer. The service is impeccable. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I love this place. I usually go to the Anaheim Hills store, but my job puts me about two miles from this store same great product and service. The prices are the best for what you get.

The manager was exceptional and the worker that helped me was the most professional guy and helpful his name is Oliver and I appreciate the help at that store and it's my favorite store in Orange County out of all Dunn-Edwards

Came in for 2 gallons of paint first I was told that they did not have the base to mix the paint then I was told that they did have it they said it'll be about 30 minutes they were not busy. I went away and came back 35 minutes later they had not started on my order because they did not have the right tint base so I changed my Order to match what they did have in stock and asked if they could please hurry it since I have been waiting already close to an hour they took their good time as if to say will do it when we're damn getting ready would not recommend this location. Love Dunn Edwards products just not impressed with the service at the store.

Walked in to store for first time with paint cans in hand. Maybe 3 or 4 customers milling about the store. There were 4 or 5 workers around the counter plus others around the store. Not one employee looked up to say hi or any eye contact whatsoever. I wanted my Dunn-Edwards paint cans shaken up to mix them for a small project and was told no but given stir sticks at no charge. Made a decision to go elsewhere but on the way out the door I saw some supplies I needed for my project so I went back to the counter to buy the item. Same people again gave me no greeting. I bit a hole in my tung and left with my purchase. I think I will stick to Home Depot and Lowes.
