Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. From the very beginning Abe and his team were very transparent in providing correct documentation through the mortgage process. As the process was fairly complex, they walked me through the steps in detail and I feel the system they have at direct finance is a lot better than any bank I’ve used. Worked with Alex Aguillares and his people for a refinance and the process was very smooth, quick, and easy. They offered a better deal than my current mortgage company by a mile! Only gripe is communication via email at first. They had the wrong email address. Once that got cleared up everything was right as rain
