A great selection of Asian restaurants, and a huge international grocery store. My favorite restaurant here is Kickin Crab. How can you go wrong with Cajun Seafood.

This place has only 1 American restaurant or store, not very diverse ethinic wise. There was 1 other one but they must have been pushed out or left. But they have a few good Asian restaurants with good cuisines. Pricey too and not so friendly either. Also say them in back of they store doing something odd with the food used in meals.

If Irvine were a city and not a giant suburb, this would be it's coolest neighborhood. Diverse range of excellent Asian restaurants, pretty substantial street culture for a strip mall.

Lots of places to eat!! Mostly Asian- Taiwanese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, Meditteranean, Chinese, Asian grocery store, Beauty store, Escape Room, etc.Parking not alot, always full !!
