I don't know why they call themselves pharmacy when they are out of so many prescription medication. They should call themselves grocery store. I went through a nightmare trying to get one med today because they did not have it, then they did not have the alternative either, and I had to call the doctor about 8 times to get this fixed, yes eight times. They initially ordered it early in the afternoon and I am still waiting at 9 PM. This is not the first time this has happened and I am sick of CVS not being able to get the meds for customers.

Staff is friendly and attentive and location is convenient but they are severely understaffed. Came on a Thursday morning with an appointment for my flu shot at 10:45. Checked in early at 10:25 and wasn’t seen until 11:40 am after I asked the receptionist twice. She was very helpful in advocating for me and even went in person to ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist Michelle was clearly overwhelmed and also rather rude. I’m a healthcare worker and get flu shots every year and this is the first time I’ve been sent away without a bandaid or a receipt / documentation of receiving the flu shot. Did I even get the right shot? We’ll never know.I understand that there’s corporate pressure and that CVS shouldn’t allow 5-6 people to book the same appointment slot, but it’s also important that the provider look up from her iPad to see who has been waiting there a while and who just got there. The final straw of frustration was when I saw the 3rd set of people who checked in after me get called up — and she was allowing pairs of people get vaccinated even though only one had an appointment!!!! This makes me so livid as our time is valuable and everyone has to wait their turn, no matter if they’re here with someone or not.

The worst pharmacy ever. They cannot even do the simple steps of sending the prior authorization form to your doctor’s office. You have to call them to check and see if they are doing their job. People who work there dont even admit what they did wrong either. So unprofessional.

As of July 27, 2023 this CVS is not participating in the early July Biden/Harris order to provide free Covid-19 self-test kits to medicare patients. Find a non-CVS pharmacy. You will have to pay full price if you shop here.

Decent CVS where you can find pretty much everything you need. Staff doesn’t go out of their way to acknowledge you but were helpful when needed. Unfortunately several items I could tell were shoplifted which isn’t in a good sign. I rarely use the pharmacy here so can’t comment but the store overall is decent and it’s convenient. Prices have gone up though.

Thankful for CVS. Found everything I needed including a birthday card. Very well organized and makes it easy to find what I need quickly. The one on Irvine Blvd, CA is always friendly, clean, and helpful. Saved $7.00 with Extra Bucks coupons, too.

Every month I have to fight to get things filled here. The prescriptions come in multiple weeks in advance. I call days ahead, multiple times, making sure everything is ready. They reassure me every time that it is, but every time they either wait the day it needs to be picked up to order things or don't even try and fill the prescription at all. It brings me to tears I am so frustrated. I've almost missed two doses of extremely important medications because of the service here.

Unable to rate lower than 1 star which would have been my choice. This pharmacy did not fill a post surgery antibiotic prescribed medication. If the doc office didn’t call me the day after surgery to see how I was doing and taking my meds I would have never known that I should be taking this infection preventative medicine. I’m changing pharmacies. Plus the store is unpleasant with non caring employees

My daughter (9 years old) had her flu shot at this Cvs. The guy who gave the shot (His name is Hamza) never smiled and nice. He needs to be more gentle and supportive with the kids having shots.

Rated 1-Would rate lower if possible. The Pharmacy is a major disappointment. The Customer Service is non-existent. The folks that came over from the Portola Store must be in shock. Never had problems over there. Nothing but problems here. The lines are always long, the pharmacy tech's are slow and uninformed and that's just the start of the ridiculousness.
