My order was picked up by someone else, and CVS do not have an option to complain about this.

Terrible place. They will put you on hold and say there is one person ahead of you then answer and tell you there are 2 people ahead of you and then hang up. The staff is rude and unprofessional. You can speak to anyone because all they do is put you on hold.
