What is CVS extra care card for? I always use front cashier to pay for the OTC medicines; however, pharmacy staff were nice to help check it out but would not ask you for extra care card# or phone#, so it won't accumulate your points to get rewards, that's their strategy.

Went to pick up meds at 1:30 and they just walked away from the line of customers without acknowledging anybody. Asked a CVS staff member who said they went to lunch. Instead of even telling the people standing in line that they were closing for lunch or when they would reopen, they just walked away and closed their shutters. Guess I will be going to Walgreens from here on out.

It’s ridiculous that Google doesn’t allow users to give zero stars. The customer service at this place is ridiculous. I went to pick up a print job that was supposed to be done in the morning. I got there and the job wasn’t even printed. The associate at the register told me to wait until it’s printed. In the meantime, he was taking care of the other costumers. This was all fine and all. But then, the poster got printed, and he continued to made me wait there. I asked him if he could just take care of my print job, and he said no because his first priority was the line and then the prints. He finally cut my print and I asked if I could just pay, and he said no reiterating that his priority is the line.
So if I get this right, he’s saying that customers who get their prints done at cvs are second-class compared to those people in line? Well if that is the case, CVS seriously needs to revisit their policy for prints. I had multiple print jobs throughout the years at different CVS stores across the country, and this was the first time I ever felt such disrespect. Shame on that associate for ruining Christmas for me and my family. The poster I printed was such a highlight of my trip, and now that memory is tainted because of this one guy who insisted that “line comes first, print comes second” bullshit.

In this damn store, the staff ran me away accusing me of theft, stating that they saw me as I asked them to check me, I didn't have anything at all, I asked them twice to check me and they didn't, they just ran me out of the store stating that I stole them when It wasn't like that, I went there just to ask about a charger and he ran me out in front of everyone. It seems like an act of racism and harassment from the staff, discrediting me with society, making me look like a criminal when I didn't grab anything, the guy didn't even want to give his name. I'm an intruder. customer of this branch in Culver & Walnut and this is the treatment we are given here in this branch because of my Latin appearance. Tomorrow I will contact the store manager and ask that his camera be checked and if he takes anything I will pay him three times and I assume my responsibility with the corresponding authorizations and at the same time I also ask that this person be promoted from this store

Helpful associates clean store and a very quick line. The associate assisted me in applying my coupon and was knowledgeable about the products. Very good experience.

I had a great experience, every time I couldn't find something, Susan the lady on the floor came and helped me. She was a really nice lady and showed me how to work the coupons on my CVS app, as I was struggling.

Geez!! these pharmacy people at this location are lazy and careless af. I came in for a vax and the technician lady at the drop off counter just blantly replied I DONT HAVE IT!!! No further explaination. This is weird as this is not my 1st time getting a shot here. I asked why and she rudely replied I DONT HAVE IT. YOU NEED TO CHECK OTHER LOCATIONS AND GO THERE. I asked again if they were just running it out this time and i could come back another time when they have it. Then she said YEAH OKAY YOU CAN MAKE AN APPT AND COME BACK. Like WTF is that. They wouldnt offer help if we dont ask? Then, she went and checked and was like I HAVE IT HERE and no apology. WTH what is wrong with these people! This review is not about them having the supply available or not. This is all about the attitude!! Stupid me keep coming to this location. I also have had bad experiences with other lazy pharmacy people at this location as well, but i just couldnt stand it this time.

Don't even bother. Customer service is non-existent, over 3 hours for one-hour photo, all cashier too busy manning the self check out registers for customers. Horrible. Will not be returning. Update: at 2:18pm Angie called me telling me my pictures were ready. I informed her that when the guy came to the photo machine when I was in the store over 1 hour ago, he cancelled my order removing it from the queue so how could my pictures be ready? She said "well, we are printing them as soon as they come in." I said "If that was the case, my photos would have been ready over an hour ago as they were next in the queue." Angie then says "On well shred them." I hung up at this point. I hate being lied to.

I called with some questions regarding their photo services, Julie answered my call. She was very monotonous and lacked customer service skills. In the past, I have also tried to use their photo services to make a custom mug, and the quality was not great, it seemed like the ink was running out, and the colors were not vibrant.

I went in for 2 vaccinations today with minute clinic, unfortunately they didn’t take my insurance but they informed to try with the pharmacy. As a walk-in, Dr. Nhan and his staff took great care of me. I was very pleased with my experience, strongly recommend coming to this pharmacy. I am definitely returning for future vaccinations.

As a pharmacy place , there are lot of options to replace cvs right now . To keep the competitive edge they need to find ways to keep the cost of essential medication and Prescription low , irrespective of the insurance coverage. Medicine and medical service has become a profit business which is very unfortunate .The pharmacy hours is not clear as well

I went to ask the doctor if they can give me my medication because my insurance was aspired, and my doctor was taking a long time to sign my prescription that doctor help me I am really satisfied with the service
