I don't know why or how Thanh became the pharmacist manager there. She is unhelpful and rude with a superiority complex. Her staff Calvin/Kevin was also unhelpful and tends to hang up on you. Both kept pushing the responsibility on the customer to contact the primary physician after hours. The physician was an ER DOCTOR which Calvin couldn't comprehend or played idiotic pretty well. Listen to the customer before trying to act unintelligent. Learn some manners or not follow in the foot steps of that idiot and lazy pharmacist manager. Also, Calvin refused to give the names of upper management citing to go find the information yourself. Declined to transfer to the manager as well. Both are brainless in customer service over the phone and in person.

My prescriptions are often complicated and I appreciate the pharmacy staff’s patience and professionalism in dealing with it all. One pharmacist named Thanh is especially amazing. She’s kind and calm and friendly and knowledgeable and always patiently works with me each month on my refills. I appreciate her so much and all the pharmacy staff at this location for the respect they have shown me.

Absolutely terrible and rude lady pharmacist. Didn't catch her name but she's a middle age Asian female pharmacist. She was incredibly unprofessional. There was an elderly gentleman ahead of me and she was very short with him and poor guy didn't get any of his questions answered. When it was my turn I was already dreading it because of her foul attitude but I tried to be nice ...smiled and said hello. She didn't even look at me and said what do you need. I asked my question and again she didn't look at me either and the answer to my question was I don't have any recommendation and dismissed me. When I gathered my jaw off the floor I was going to complain to a manager but there was a line forming and I didn't want to be that person. So I jumped on here. Dear CVS admin...please train your pharmacist who is working on Friday( February 2, 2024 at 2:00 pm ) on her customer service skills please. Just terrible.

VERY CRUDDY ! I've been here once before to get flu shots...with my wife. It has horrible looking dark colored carpet throughout and virtually everything on the shelves has a sales ticket on it. REALLY ! I was looking for some talcum powder..one that I can only buy at CVS. After walking up and down every single aisle TWICE......I finally found what I wanted. Friendly service at the checkout ! NOTE - Of course with 20 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics world wide in 2023 I can tell you what is great !

Well, if one were to engage the olfactory senses and take a moment to detect the surrounding atmospheric composition, there might be an unappealing and rather unpleasant aroma emanating from the vicinity that one could metaphorically describe as an olfactory nuisance or, in simpler terms, something definitely 'reeks' or 'stinks' to put it mildly. And the toilet was not flushed and there was 0 toilet paper to use.

The doctor puts the prescription in this pharmacy. The text message from CVS also informed me that I had received the prescription and asked me to wait, but after waiting for most of the day, I still did not receive the notification to pick up the medicine. When I logged in to my account and checked the status, it only showed delayed. There was no reason, so I went to the pharmacy to have a look. But I was told that it was out of stock and asked to wait for three more days! Are people in pharmacies so incapable of empathy? Myrrh can't you make a phone call or send a message to let me know? Don’t they know patients are waiting for medication? Do they think the patient can wait another three days? It’s really too bad! Too bad!

VI is outstanding with customer service and deserves a Michelin for it! I was at my wits with miscommunication and she nailed the problem and had a impeccable solution. She cares about the patients and customers of CVS she is going very far in life .

This is for the pharmacy: I had an appointment for a vaccine but got cancelled because of a short supply. However, the staff kept me in mind and called me the next day to let me know that they have more supply. Very friendly and caring staff. I appreciate that they went above and beyond and made sure I come back for my vaccine.
