Nimitz Kitongan is the manager 3981 Irvine Blvd.He is the most unprofessional manager to treat the client when I am inquiring about my prescription. He was trying to fight with me instead of communicating with me. He used inappropriate words and a bad body language.He mentioned that because he is the manager and even I complained, nothing will be resolved. And he also mentioned “Do not returned this pharmacy’The worst experience!!

When I came there for pickup at 5:10pm,they told me to pickup tomorrow because they close at 6 pm,but there is 40 minutes to close. But the person right in front me pick up successfully

Super slow, too a long time to verify the insurance. First time the staff told me it’s terminated (!) after I checked my app and showed her it’s valid. After another long wait she came back with no explanation and gave me the prescription. There’s another time I got there before the closed time, and the staff had already left. Really bad experience.

Staff is friendly and attentive and location is convenient but they are severely understaffed. Came on a Thursday morning with an appointment for my flu shot at 10:45. Checked in early at 10:25 and wasn't seen until 11:40 am after I asked twice. The pharmacist Michelle was clearly overwhelmed and also rather rude. I'm a healthcare worker and get flu shots every year and this is the first time I've been sent away without a bandaid or a receipt / documentation of receiving the flu shot. Did I even get the right shot? We'll never know. I understand that there's corporate pressure and that CVS shouldn't allow 5-6 people to book the same appointment slot, but it's also important to triage and the provider needs to look up from her clipboard to see who has been waiting there a while and who just got there. The final straw of frustration was when I saw the 3rd set of people who checked in after me get called up -- and she was allowing pairs of people get vaccinated even though only one had an appointment!!!! This makes me so livid as our time is valuable and everyone has to wait their turn, no matter if they're here with someone or not.

Worst cvs ever. I called to see if they had a particular item in stock. The person who picked up the phone did not want to check in store for me and didn't attempt to ask anyone else working. He said that he had no way to check to see if they had this item and that the other person working wouldn't know either. I called a different cvs and they checked for me.

The worst cashier I have ever met within 30 years. The guy at register has very bad attitude to me today who was waiting for passport photo service for 10 minutes with no help.

WORST PHARMACY ON THE PLANET. No idea how any of these people work here. They are rude, ALWAYS mix up medications and never update insurance or contact info. Always problems with medications. Always slow. Never help at all. Drive through line goes all the way back to Starbucks. They are absolutely the worst pharmacy. Management needs to get involved and hire new people who know what the heck they are doing.

I used to hate coming here & started to avoid it due to the horrible manager who yelled at me when I asked her for help. They had very poor customer service. I had to come in one day recently for something quick & was greeted by a very nice Indian man (forgive me, I forgot his name). I have been back twice since. He is very friendly & goes out of his way to help customers quickly & is very pleasant to interact with. I thought he was the new manager. I'm glad I can start coming back here again! Finally someone at cvs who cares about his job!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here but my experience was good. The cashiers were helpful, the pharmacy staff and the pharmacists were quick to answer my questions and the line wasn't that bad. My prescription transfer and pick up were fast and the drive thru was open

As of July 27, 2023 this CVS is not participating in the early July 2023 Biden/Harris order to provide free Covid-19 self-test kits to medicare patients. Find a non-CVS pharmacy. You will have to pay full price if you shop here.

Twice we have had called-in prescriptions not being reported internally and filled as prescribed by our medical provider. What’s most upsetting is that our medical provider confirmed speaking with Nimitz, the managing Pharmacist, when providing authorization. Given the recurrence of this issue, I am certain I am not the only customer affected by the incompetence of this department. Unfortunately, this was a critical daily maintenance medication that was missed due to Nimitz’s negligence.
