My purchasing experience with custom comfort was as comfortable as their beds and pillows. Mike couldn't have been more helpful. He was very patient and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I feel I purchased a superior product due to the fact that it is made in the USA. I definitely recommend visiting their facility in Irvine before you buy.

So far such a great experience; the showroom atmosphere is cordial and relaxed. Friendly and helpful staff, Moe was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right mattress, Marcy the sales associate, has been pleasantly patient with me through the number of times I visited the store, which I'm grateful for!Highly recommend.

Having a serious problem with spinal stenosis coupled with fibromyalgia sleeping is always a challenge. Custom Comfort’s Associate give me the time and knowledge to help me select the best mattress to best meet my needs. That was 4 years ago. A month ago I returned to Custom Comfort. With my back and fibromyalgia worsening, the mattress was no longer providing the support I needed. One of the area managers came out to my home, assessed the condition of the mattress, which he deemed the be essentially like new, and made a number of recommendations that would adjust the firmness of the mattress and add a separate foam topper to reduce the pressure on my hip. All at almost no cost to me! I can’t say enough about their empathy and assistance. I am already sleeping better! Special call out to amo for all his help!
