Mou helped us with great customer service. I found the mattress I had bought a bit soft he had it made firmer, then worked with me for a topper and even came to the house three times to make sure that we were satisfied. We have not experienced this kind of customer service before. Five starts is too little for him any company who has a sales representative like Mou is extremely lucky.

My wife, Laura, and I had a great experience at your store on Irvine. Mike and Marcie were superb at presenting the different options and mattress types and how they functioned.
Marcie was wonderful and friendly and we bought a mattress and we love it. Unfortunately we have had an issue with one of the remotes but she and Mike are on top of getting it fixed.
We will absolutely tell our friends of the terrific product you guys make, and the friendly and informative staff that you provide.

Wonderful service! Moe was awesome. I was not comfortable with the bed I ordered from them originally. They were happy to make me a new bed from scratch and trade it out! I love it now and ordered two more. They are heavenly beds!

We were in search of a new king mattress and came to custom comfort where Mike was a God send. He truly may be the best person we have worked with when in search of a big purchase. He treated us like friends and family off the bat and was so helpful and informative. We ended up getting the elm mattress with a 4 inch topper and retractable base. Mike was with us every step of the way and while they don’t get commission, he really deserves it! Thank you Mike!

I had Tempurpedic for the past 10 years, it was great at first but now that I am older I think the mattress is too firm for my wife and I and we would wake up stiff and in pain. We met Marcy at their Irvine location, she was never pushy and was very patient as this is a big purchase and we want to take our time. We end up buying the Mendocino mattress and after sleeping on it for a week we no longer wake up stiff and in pain. This is life changing, would recommend to everyone.
