the lady their had a horrible horrible attitude rolling her eyes and everything. didn't understand a single thing I was telling her when I made it super clear what I wanted. a horrible person jst laughed at us.

I cannot stress how angry I am with Cricket. I have had three replacement phones in the last eight months and each time they have been replaced with an inferior phone. My new replacement phone now freezes before opening, after opening, during the operation of the phone and texting etc. The cricket company stresses me out in a day when technology is supposed to enhance your life. Its the very antithesis with mine. Ive tried cancelling my insurance but the guide wont show me how to do it. Ive used chat support which is a bot and the bot keeps asking me the same questions without directing me. I will never use cricket again after my bill cycle is up. They dont care about the customers once they have signed up. The after hours care service is appaling. The cricket phones are absolutely worthless. I will shout this from the rooftops until I get a phone that works and somebody listens to me until then I will tell every person that I meet in my life to avoid using Cricket. On a plus side Cricket will now teach me the importance of saving my money so I can buy a great phone with a great carrier. And Yelp wont let me leave No stars so I gave you one purely because I had to.

The lady in the store has very bad attitude. Her long face made you think you owe her a lot money. She simply don't want help anything and just asked you to call customer service.

Took my 15 years old son here to get a new phone. He's been saving his money and finally had enough money after Christmas. Yingwen helped us and she started ringing the phone, a case and a screen protector that she grabbed from the back. When I saw that, I told her I just want the phone. She told me the case and screen protector are free with the phone. So I thought, ok, that's nice. She was very nice through out the transaction and she even told me she gave me $15 discount. We paid and we took our phone home. A couple of days later, I was cleaning out my purse and I checked the receipt before tossing it out. It turned out the case and screen protector are not free! She flat out lied to us. She also charged protection plans that I clearly told her I didn't want. Be careful dealing with this store. Always check your receipt. She has a little sticky notes too that she wrote down things about your account and I can see notes from previous customers. Now I really have to keep an eye on my account. I reported this to cricket customer service. I wonder how many customers that she had flat out lied too. Definitely gave me a lesson to always check my receipts!

I made and paid for a purchase and requested $40 cash.Between myself and the gal helping me she forgot to give me the cash back. It wasn't until the next day I remembered that I forgot my cash back.Called the store, worked with a guy named Dave in returns.Figured it out and I got my cash.Next time I'll pay more attention

This was such a great experience! Cricket plans are what I was looking for. Great pricing on 5G plans and phones.Jason was really helpful in narrowing in on the right phone and I got a great deal on all the accessories I needed; case, mobile charger, portable charger, and Bluetooth Headphones for about $100 bucks.This is the place to go in South Orange County for a new phone for the New Year! Ya Heard?

I had an amazing experience at this store. After several attempts at home to upgrade my phone online, I went there so they could order a new phone for me. Jason was very professional and friendly. He was an excellent help and he even expedited the order. I received my new phone the next day. Thank you!
