Amazing staff. Walked in and was Immediately helped. Had concerns about my account payment going up. And one of the female workers helped me out (I wish I got her name but she was amazing) super fast and efficiently. She was super kind and tried to find the best options for me right away!Thank you for making my experience amazing!!

People can say what they want good about Cox not me we got sent threatening letters because I was streaming movies for free while after I switched haven't got a single complaint letter from A t&t even they refuse us Wifi service but at least the incompetents their have a sense of morale while just being a bit irritable not corrupt. we know what I did was bad but makes you wonder why they acted like selfish incompetents maybe if their were loyal to their customers they would get more money but they act like Verizon phone company money first & forced contract respect second which they lie about in their bloody advertisements once we quit they sent us letters to come back after multiple threats no thanks!

Bad service. They try to sell you service and if you don't buy it they will get angry and won't help you anymore.

Never chose Cox as a home internet provider. Lowest upload speed, higher price, 2-year contract ??♂️.Check all other internet providers before.

HI, I asked COX for internets service, but since they don't offer it where I live, I canceled without activation and returned all of the equipment, but they continue to charge my card every month. I GAVE AGENT A FEW CALLS, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT AND REFUND MY MONEY, BUT THEY BLADE MY CARD.

This review is for Tyler. After getting the Cox Customer Service phone-in run around for days, I finally went into this store and was helped by Tyler who handled my business in less than 15 minutes. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made it easy to do what needed to be done, and did so with great customer service skills and a smile. Thanks Tyler!

WORST Company EVER!!. Cable Always Out. Internet Down Constantly. Home Phone Doesn't Work 90% of the Time. TOTAL WASTE OF $$$$ and TIME!!The store employees are ok, they have to give you REFURBISHED equipment every time your CABLE GOES OUT, or Internet Stops Working, but they do it nicely at least. AWFUL TERRIBLE COMPANY THOUGH.....STAY AWAY!!!We are Finally Switching to GOOGLE FIBER....
