Cute clothes, but the worst customer service! My family and I were here on 11/20/22 at 11:50am. No one greeted us, which is fine, so when I saw 2 Cotton On Kids employees behind the counter (one girl was just sitting on the ground talking to another girl with orange/red hair), I said, "Hi. Hello." They just looked at me like I was annoying and disturbing them, didn't say hi back, and continued to talk about whatever they were talking about. Ruuuuuuuuude! To whoever runs this store, please have a talk with your employees about their attitudes and work ethic! I hope the person/people who are in charge of this particular store do not have the same work ethic as the two girls!!!!! The people that used to work here were always so friendly and respectful. To reiterate, these were 2 employees behind the counter/registers that were "working" on 11/20/22 at 11:50 am. Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!! I will not be back, and I don't think any other parents should support this establishment either, until the employees learn how to treat their customers with respect. Peace and love everyone!

My first and last experience with this chain was in the Lynhaven Mall while shopping for back to school clothes with my granddaughter. She picked up 2 tee shirts on the buy one get one 50% off table. Not a great deal ($29 and $24) but she liked them. The sales persons very nice, I showed her my military ID to take advantage of the military discount offered. After leaving the store, I looked at my receipt and was very surprised to have a 10 cent charge for the shopping bag then no military discount. Went back to the store and 2 sales people spent well over 10 minutes trying to figure out how to ring up purchase with the discount. I ended up returning my purchase as it was obvious they were not set up to use military discounts. I know the discount was not that much but my point was if you are advertising a discount then customers deserve to receive it. 10 cents for the shopping bag didn't break my budget but no where was it posted there was a charge for the bag.

The staff was inside store but they closed the store for no reason without any signs in the front door and the oppend @ 12:30. Staff Antony was very rude to customers

Yelp says business is closed. But it is very much open - spectrum store. Loved this store to begin with. They have cute styles. Over the course of covid things just seemed to dwindle a little. But that's every where. Still there are some great finds. This store rearranged everything so the check out is on the mens old side. The fitting rooms are closed and boarded up so no access to that during this pandemic

I'll never shop here again after the experience I had with the manager. She is extremely unprofessional and rude I can't believe a brand would be ok with someone like this as a manager. I feel bad for anyone that has to work with her or under her.

Came her for the first time. They had great sales on some cute basics for all. We ended up getting great pairs of jeans and best part they were buy one, get one 1/2 off! The dressing room staff were awesome. My only thing was that once I got rung up it seemed a little high, considering I got sale items. I was overcharged. The cashier rang me up for 5 pairs of jeans vs. 2 that I actually purchased. I had to get back in the ling line and ask for a review and refund. The woman that rang me up walked off to the floor. So someone else helped me. Instead a nice, very helpful young woman assisted me at terminal 1455257 at 5:56pm. She assessed the situation and processed my refund right away. She rocked! The whole time was polite, patient and empathetic. Great job! I am totally about customer service and that is why I felt the need to give her a public shout out because I honestly don't see good customer service these days. I didn't catch her name thinking it would be on my receipt, but it wasn't if her store manager is reading, you have a gem. The clothing are super cute too.

So happy with my visit to cotton on kids, Irvine spectrum! The store was clean, it was easy to find all the items I wanted and the staff was so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked into the store! My whole experience was amazing!

What an unreal experience shopping here. I have been a long time cotton on customer and came across this girl who calls herself a manager. She set quite the example for her employee who continued to mistreat me. I was doing a return and a purchase. Had a tag on one item and not the other. Was dissatisfied with the material quality of one of the items and showed her the manager the receipt. She said no exceptions even for the unworn item and refused to return or exchange for the same item. She did this with an attitude and I asked to speak to manager where she said I am that. I asked for the number to corporate she said Google it. Then her employee came to assist me in the rest of the return because the manager walked away and she treated me like a nuisance. She threw the receipt at me and I asked her why she did that then she denied doing it and shunned me off. I asked for their names and they denied to give me just their first names. It was quite unreal. I was there with my daughter ready to buy more items. I've never been treated like this ANYWHERE. I will never be coming back to this location as long as these two are here. They do not except medical exemption. I wore a shield to be courteous. So since I'm unable to wear a mask I am just not allowed their product. They had the shorts I wanted but were sold out online. I am disgusted by the treatment of this company.

Cotton On Kids was my first stop on my search for my dress. And I had to look no further! After working with Maria and Lisa, they helped narrow down my likes and dislikes and once I found the one, I did not want to take it off! Fantastic personal service. Lovely atmosphere so you definitely gelt like u were in a nice store versus a bridal gown factory! Great store. No wonder they have been in business so long!

I really enjoyed trying on dresses at Cotton On Kids. Their staff brought in great dresses that worked with my body type and made sure I was wearing the right type of bra to try on each - they are really experts in this field.

I love cotton on kids and typo much more than cotton on itself because their clothes and stuffs are so adorable. I shopped at cotton on kids often especially during their special promotion. I hopped on a few weeks ago to get my kid some fall/winter clothes and just happened that they had a 20 percent off promotion whole store. I grabbed a few dresses and some tees for her...everything was so cute and great quality. Prices are higher than old navy and target, but their stylish is so cute and I could not resist. If they have promotion is worth it!
