I waited over 30 minutes for my curbside order. Someone came out 10 mins in to ask for my last name and said they didn't have it even though it's already on the check-in form online saying. She seemed pretty annoyed from the get go.She came out again without my order saying she can't find it- doubting if I got the email online saying it was "ready for pick up." I'm just confused why she would ask that because how I would I be able to check in that I'm here for pick up through their system if it wasn't ready? But I still pulled up my email to share with her information she already knows because I just want my order! After 30 minutes, I went into the store to inquire and she said she found it but it was hard to find. I told her, you should probably find a better system because it's not convenient for a person to wait in their car this long for an order. No apologies for my inconvenience or acknowledging their was a flaw in their pick up system...just a "you should be nicer" as I'm leaving.. The audacity- take your own advice. This employee is SO RUDE. She must have been having a bad day because from our very first interaction, she had a bad attitude. How did this become my problem that the order was hard for you to find?12/6 DOING CURBSIDE AT 3:00PM. White woman, red hair. Thank you for making my supposed-to-be quick pick up experience terrible. World Market- you are who you hire. It looks like many people are complaining about your customer service.

This place is like an adult amusement park or candy store. It's a mix of things you don't need and unique food items you want to try. Triuhfully, it's amazing! Their ingeniously designed golden unicorn game throughout the month of November is so fun. I can't get enough of this store.

GOT OUR STUFF ! World Market is our go-to for for hard to find AUSSIE STUFF like Vegemite, Tim Tam chocolate coated Cookies and Darrell Lea soft Australian Licorice. We hit this store around 2pm on Friday..parking was a breeze ! It's a nice looking store...very tidy and everything in it's place. The Vegemite was on sale at $6.99 ( 30% off ) so we bought 2 jars....these will last me ) my wife won't touch it ) til the end of the year. We grabbed 2 packs of Tim Tam Chewy Caramel Cookies to get us by for a while. My wife likes to buy the Aussie licorice for her sister and our daughter. A Valentine's Day greeting card and a pack of Lacey's Dark Chocolate & Almond with Mandarin and Cardamon Cookies rounded out our shopping visit. Very cheerful young female cashier at the checkout !

BABY WHAT A BIG SURPRISE ! It's been a while since we've been in here to stock up on AUSSIE STUFF like Tim Tam chocolate coated cookies and VEGEMITE. My wife and I zipped over here on Sunday afternoon to grab a few of our favorite things. NEW LOOK ! When we walked in the front entrance we could see immediately that these guys have ramped things up. What used to be a center aisle was gone and there was so much stuff we couldn't even see the floor. A VIRTUAL SHOPPING MAZE ! But it's all good so far as we are concerned.....it's fun to see imported stuff we don't see in the regular supermarkets. THERE'S MORE ! I headed down the back to where I know they hide the Tim Tams. WHOO HOO ! And there they were our fav varieties like Dark Mint, Classic Dark, Chewy Caramel and a NEW ONE......Extra Chocolaty. I grabbed a half doz packs. Next up was a jar of Vegemite.... $10 these days. My wife joined me in our search for other yummy stuff like Lacey's Dark Chocolate & Almond with Mandarin and Cardamom....very delicious ! We found some super fun pop up greeting cards with music. Lots of Halloween and Xmas decorations....fun stuff we don't see everywhere. THEY HAVE HEAPS OF COOL STUFF HERE !NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics world wide in 2022 I can tell you what is great !

Very poor excuse for couponing at this LOSER place....one store person said my Birthday coupon for food things would work, but the giggling check-out lady said no because it excluded food and drinks. The store's a disorganized mess with crap everywhere...I'll take my business elsewhere...see ya!!!

Well, well, well, what do we have here? A World Market in Tustin that's lost its mojo since Covid hit? I've been a World Market shopper for what feels like a million years, and let me tell you, I'm not impressed. The stocking of their items is all over the place, like a drunk octopus trying to organize a pantry. And don't even get me started on their wine and beer selection. It's like they took a page out of my grandma's book and decided to only stock the non-alcoholic stuff.Honestly, I'm starting to worry that this place is going to be the next Bed Bath and Beyond - you know, the store that was always next door but no one ever went to until it closed down. But despite all my complaints, there's one thing I miss the most - my precious UK chocolates. Come on, World Market, get your act together and bring back the good stuff. Until then, I'll just have to settle for raiding the candy aisle at the gas station like a common criminal.

Great store but the store manager just doesn’t care to locate my online order or at least the item I’ve been trying to buy. Just excuses and lies. This is the last time i’m picking up an order from this location.

Great place to buy amazing house decor, international snacks and even unique gifts. They also have cool games like find the golden nome/llama, where you are rewarded a gift card to spend in the store. I personally love their Spanish Paella Rice and charcuterie items for the holidays. They usually have a good selections of wines and spirits. Recommend trying this store you will be in there for hours if you take a deep dive at all the variety of quality items.

It's nostalgic to shop at World Market (It will always be Cost Plus). I have strolled and shopped through the stores as a child with my parents. Let's just say I have been a World Market shopper for a VERY long time. I enjoy it, unfortunately my kids don't always share that feeling. There are always unique gifts to find even if it's a gift for yourself. The kids do enjoy the variety of candies and snacks.

Unfortunately I have to give this World Market a low rating due to the problems I have recently encountered. Two weeks ago I went there in hopes to buy their seasonal Marzipan for holiday baking, but opt out because, since the batch was at the bottom shelf, several bars of Marzipan were apparently eaten by rodents. I addressed the issue to one of their staff members. They removed the batch off the floor immediately. So I decided to come back two weeks later to see if there was an untampered batch relocated to a better area. Unfortunately it was in the same area and I could clearly see that one of the Marzipan bars was eaten through the plastic wrap. There was nothing else there I wanted to buy. They used to sell a lovely rose water, but discontinued it for no reason. Instead they sell strange stuff now, such as, fried crickets in a test tube for $5.99. I don't get it. To add to the list of disappointments, their bathroom toilets could use better maintenance too. Hope their staff will read this and fix these unpleasant issues.
