Our MLS switchEd from Flex to CoreLogic and it has been a terrible company to assist us with the transition.

This is a great place to work! We have early release days during the Summer and great recognition programs. This company is very flexible with work/life schedules and offers many internal departments to learn and grow your career.

Corelogic has no logic in its Evaluations, they don't even use right properties as comparatives. Work for the lender and to suit their needs and opinions. Not an ethical company at all....Just trying to cover themselves from liability. They should not even be in business....Ridiculous how such companies thrive in this world.

Customer service and lack of care was absolutely awful during our home buying experience. On the day of closing we needed their team to review our NFIP and they said that someone MIGHT get back to us in four hours, four hours to review? We've now had to delay our closing even though the house is completely ready for us to move in. The most frustrating experience and I do not recommend working with this company.

They are the 3rd party flood certification company on our appraisal. Didn't visit the property, look at elevation lines or do an elevation survey. Seemingly they just looked at high-level FEMA map and made a decision. Sent documentation from a local county flood administrator who visited the property stating flood insurance isn't necessary, but they held firm in their decision. Makes me question what actual research they do when "certifying" for flood insurance. Wouldn't recommend using a bank that uses Corelogic services.

Appraiser came out for about 20 min. Submitted his appraisal within 4 days or so. He missed the fact I had central air in the house! How does that happen? He also used a comp over a year old! With this crazy market, that can't happen. My underwriters kicked it back to redo. And guess what, after the corrections, value of home app stayed the same?!? What a crock.

I'm not the type of person who ever writes bad reviews, but I had to for this company as a warning. This company sent me a letter in the mail saying my apartment building did not approve my lease 3 weeks before I was moving across the country. I was absolutely panicked. I called their customer support line, which although nice, was not helpful at all. They said they were not responsible for any reasoning for why my application got denied and said it had nothing to do with them. I called my apartment building the next day to clear it up, and they said I was approved and couldn't think of a reason why this company sent me the letter - it made no sense to them. I thought something was wrong with my specific application until I found this article: consumeraffairs.com/fina… So if you receive one of these letters, be skeptical until you contact your apartment company - it might not be relevant or accurate.

Just one more bad experience with customer service. People must be paid $0 dollars there because they honestly do not give a sh*t about your concerns. Take forever to answer the phone, cannot answer any questions, rude! BAD BAD BAD experience

Zero stars. Their customers harass me on a private number regularly, and they would not remove my information from their database when I called. If you are considering this kind of marketing, please don't. There are better ways to generate leads than cold texts based on real-estate listings, and your are not in compliance with FCC guidelines.

[1-STAR RECOMMENDATION] The building is located on Pacifica in the city of Irvine, California. Once you park in the parking structure, you will receive a ticket in which you will need to either pay or will need to obtain validation. The important consideration is that you need to request parking validation upon entering the business as the ticket is time-stamped as of when you enter. The reason for my 1-star recommendation is that, in short, I was a candidate in the hiring process and after going through it, I can confidently state that the hiring process needs to be enhanced & streamlined.

A monopoly that falsifies data, and produces a product for appraisers that encourages USPAP ethics violations. This company would go bankrupt if they didn't all of the means of production and distribution of data in the real estate market.
