Worst company to do business with. They agreed to a contract of $200.00 a month for 36 months, in the second year my monthly bill is over $250.00 per month now, in maintenance fees. They haven't been to my location to do anything at all. But have increased my bill $50.00 per month. Don't trust this new ownership.

This is a HORRIBLE company.They just drove up to my company, walked into my office yelling at my office manager and demanded that we give them money but we have Never heard of them, done business with them or have had any type of previous dealings with them at anytime before. We have never leased a printer/copier, we have never had one serviced, we have never even contacted a company like this, so they obviously had the wrong address and/or are just completely incompetent.We have been in our office for 3 months, we had initially looked at it 4 months ago and I am not sure how long it was vacant before that, but whoever they were chasing down was not us and it was very clear that the $200 copier sitting behind our reception desk was not one that any company would be leasing, so that should have been their first clue that they were in the wrong place.Our company name is above our front doors, it is on the glass next to the front door and there is no missing what our company name is and that it is not who they were looking for.There was no apology from the tech after we told him that he had the wrong business, as he didn't even acknowledge that he was wrong.We called into their office to explain the situation and share our experience and the owner completely blew us off. He asked if we were calling from Worldwide something or other, so that must be the company they were looking for. So, their office even acknowledged that we weren't the company they were looking for, but even they still neglected to apologize for being verbally berated by their driver. WTH?!?!?Share yourself any heartache and steer clear of this area. To not be appalled your employees are going off on innocent bystanders is implorable.

Our copier was not working at all and within 2 hours of me calling they sent out a technician. The technician Irving Maldonado was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to get our machine up and running like new in about 1 hour. Great work!!! Thank you so much

The company I work with has contracted Copier Specialists Inc. for the last 11 years. Wonderful company, Techs so knowledgeable, Service always responsive and all this no matter if your machines are new or even when they are very old models.
