I'm guessing the rating is because vast majority of the people who are leaving reviews are people who had bad experiences which are probably the minority. that's my guess. in any event, I've had a positive experience and based on it, I can recommend the wash service I had.”
“Stopped by this gas station after visiting a nearby speakeasy bar. The station was clean, with all pumps working, including diesel, and there was an AMPM convenience store on site. Everything went smoothly—no issues or complaints. We filled up quickly, grabbed a few snacks, and were back on the road!”

“Tried this for the first time today after living here for quite some time and Jake recommended the Cuban sandwich and it was absolutely amazing!! he was so helpful and had such a great attitude which makes every experience that much better. I love good customer service and we will definitely be coming back. Our favorite part is that it stays open late at night even on Sundays.”

“I don't know what the whinging is about. It's a fkn gas station. Not a spa. The access is easy. In and out with very large driveways and a huge allowance around the edges of the station for the plaza traffic to weave around. For fk sake don't park in front of the pumps to do your shopping inside. Pump your gas then park your car somewhere else so others can get in. IT'S A GD PARKING LOT FFS. Go park like a decent human being. Good station. I never go inside. Pumps work. People are entitled A-holes. Rant over.”

“This gas station is really good when you need to stop somewhere quick and grab some gas. One of the things I love about it is it's right next to a Carl's Jr so it makes it really easy for me to stop and get some food as well. Plus I love the fact that the sodas are very carbonated and they actually taste real. I bought a big go Pepsi and it was really deliciousThe person that works behind the store is also really nice. He's the one who's behind the register. He does a really good job of making sure he gets all the customers in and out so the line does not start to back up. I hate when I go to gas stations and the line is super long”

“VERY GOOD CAR WASH ! My wife's Tesla Y needed a good clean inside and out due to our recent house move to Irvine. This Shell car wash looked the goods so we headed over here on Saturday. I went inside to see what our car wash options were and the prices. A lovely lady named Neilly the assistant manager told me $9 - $16 - $19..for basic clean, clean plus wax, clean plus wax and clean underneath. I thought the $16 option was the right one. We entered the car wash and it seemed like a pretty good clean. FREE VACUUMING was included in our price so we took advantage of that and thoroughly cleaned the inside of my wife's car. GOOD JOB !”

“I am a regular customer at the Chevron here on Culver Blvd and Irvine Center Drive. This is always one of the best locations that has the least amount of traffic. It's always extremely clean inside and out by the pumps, the trash, and the bathrooms. I have a neighbor, Khem, (pronounced like "kem") and he works at the station here. He and the other gentlemen are always extremely friendly and nice. I always enjoy briefly hanging out and chatting with Khem and the guys. The location is again very clean, safe, and I highly recommend it if you need to stop by for a quick fill up!! Recently, Chevron has started a "points" club and you can save on the first 3 fill ups a dollar off each gallon!! I highly recommend it!! Come in and ask my friend Khem about it and he'll get you signed up quick and easy!!”

“Great customer service every time I go there, this place is ran properly. Carwash is great and convenient since its open 24/7. They never tell you the bathroom is closed like some other places do and are always clean. Coffee is fresh and they have 4 different options in the morning. Also have to say I love the chocolate chip cookies they are baked fresh every day. Best gas station in the area!”

“Review for CVS within the Target at/next to UCI campus. I was in a rush from my work to this pharmacy as it was 10 minutes to closing time, and there were medications I needed take that night. There were two customers ahead of me but the clerk efficiently handled them, and got my medications. Then I remembered another separate prescription I would be running out in a week that I have not requested, and asked about if there is any chance that it could be filled. The front desk let me know they could have it ready by tomorrow, which I totally understand as it was at or passed their closing time. But the the pharmacist in the back overheard my request and went out of her way and got it together for me! Amazing customer service!!!(I am especially grateful as I have recently had different experiences at other locations, for example, trying to get a Covid shot at another CVS location arriving 25 minutes before closing and being told come back tomorrow.) thank you, thank you, thank you, pharmacist sun and front desk person for being generous with your time and being professional!!!”
“The pharmacy staff here is super nice and very helpful. The senior pharmacist lady is also certified to write the birth control prescriptions and it's very affordable. They know a lot then can help with consultations for anything you need. Rite aid is by far my favorite pharmacy chain and so much better than any CVS. The prices are always reasonable and they do their best to look at different programs and coupons to see if they can get any crazy costs down and they have always succeeded”

“I have two very good experiences here. From two different pharmacists. First one was when my eye dr prescribed an eye drop. I had a simple procedure on my eye that day and she said I need to put it right away. But the pharmacy that the dr sent a prescription didn’t carry that one and the pharmacist forwarded my prescription to CVS pharmacy, saying CVS should have it. But this location didn’t carry it either. The pharmacist checked the inventory and let me know which location had it. Today I met another kind pharmacist at very late night - this location opens until midnight. Thank you for your good service!”
