Would not order from this place ever again! The flowers sent for Mother’s Day were old, poorly decorated and yet the owner told me he doesn’t see any problems with the flowers! I have attached a picture for your own judgment… The flowers costed me $80! Could have bought better flowers from Costco. Do not recommend this store neither their customer service.

I paid 4 days back with expedited shipping fee but they were rude, unprofessional, they don’t deliver on time.. I was waiting for whole time even though you paid in advance.. NEVER ordered from here

I only put one star because I couldn't put zero stars. This is not the florist that you want to put your trust in for special occasions. I online ordered flowers 5 days before they were to be delivered. I received a purchase number and confirmation by email. But the flowers were never delivered. When I called the store, the woman who answered blamed the mistake on me. When I tried to reach out by email, I received no reply.

Do not order from here!! I ordered flowers to be delivered and paid for the expedited delivery option and still over 4 hours later my flowers have not been delivered! Every time I called I was lied too and told the flowers were almost there and had already been sent out for delivery. Then they stopped answering my calls once I requested a refund and told me that someone will call me and reach out about the refund. This place will lie to you just to get your money, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I hope someone sees this before ordering from this terribly unprofessional company

This is the best florist I've ever had the pleasure to work with in the Irvine CA. area. Very efficient and they keep you informed about when it will be delivered so you never have to worry if it's delivered. I will certainly use them again.

I needed a beautiful gift ASAP. I contacted Conroy's and couldn't believe how perfect all the choices were. It was difficult to decide. The delivery was handled with such care, you would have thought I had delivered them myself. I highly recommend Conroy's Flowers.(And everything else Conroy's has to offer too!)

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday online using the Conroy’s website for a specific day. When her roommate got Covid my daughter worked from my home. Every time I thought she’d return to work it got pushed back (3-4 times) I called and talked to Hailey several times and Lauren once. They were so understanding and accommodating. Great service and beautiful flowers. Thank you girls !!

Tried to come to this location in person to order urn flowers for my mom's life celebration. Hours say 8am - 7pm. I arrived at 6pm and the doors are locked. I tried calling the # on Google and was put in touch with an answering service who were more condescending than helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot rate their flowers but 1 ⭐ customer service. I'll go elsewhere.

Buyer Beware!!! My husband spent a lot of money for this flower arrangement for my birthday and the very next day flowers were already starting to die and the Mylar ballon deflating. This picture of my flower arrangement is on day 3 and most of the roses are drooping and soft. The few stargazer lilies that are open are soft as well, turning brown and curling up. The purple and yellow filler flowers are limp and buds falling off. I will say it was a beautiful arrangement the day I got and was delivered as promised in the time frame, but to have flowers start to die the next day, not even 24 hours later, is very unacceptable! I have bought smaller flower bouquets at grocery stores, Costco and Trader Joe's that have either been all stargazer lilies or a mix of roses and stargazer lilies and they have always last about one week before starting to die. Unfortunately after I took this picture of my dying flower arrangement I took out everything, threw most of the dead ones away and cut 2-3 inches off the bottom of the stems of the half decent flowers left in hopes of reviving them... so I am unable to get a replacement or refund according to Conroy's 100% satisfaction because I threw out a lot of the dying flowers and it's not in original condition.

Never ever will I use them for getting flowers.I selected a large bouquet of their "Elegant Blush" and what I got from them was the small size bouquet and the flowers were so different. I had selected it for pastel violet color flowers and they put bright pink.Worst was the interaction with them where they kept lying about the size and demanded to return the flowers in order to refund the money.I will recommend to not use Conroy Flowers

Flowers and service is excellent if you go in person. Online ordering system or the phone service should be avoided, price is always higher and telephone broken line will get your order wrong.

Very displeased by this floral shop! I ordered a large bouquet for my aunt with pastel colored flowers - but what was delivered looked like a small size and the colors were bright! When I called to discuss my concerns, I received HORRIBLE customer service and was told I had to return the flowers to get any sort of refund. How am I supposed to ask my aunt to return flowers that were gifted to her? There was no remorse and no ounce of "the customer comes first" attitude. Would NOT recommend!
