This was our first time doing an ELOC and Nick Williamson was our SR loan officer, not only did Nick thoroughly answer our questions but also kept us updated throughout the entire process, putting our minds at ease.Nick is always very professional and courteous, and never made me feel bad when I asked for clarification about anything.Overall great experience, if I had to do it all over, I would want Nick Williamson by our side.

ClearPath Lending was an outstanding mortgage company for my first refinancing of my home. They were extremely helpful and on top of everything. I was kept informed through the process and had very little to do until closing. In fact they sent a notary to my home so I wouldn’t have to travel a few hundred miles to sign the legal documents. If you’re looking for a topnotch customer orientated mortgage company, my recommendation would be ClearPath Lending Inc. for purchasing or refinancing your home.
