I love this location and the salespeople. They are always helpful. They store is lovely. Plenty of parking; no mall hustle and bustle. I appreciate the fact that they process my online returns without making me feel like I'm wasting their time. Lovely clothes. I am a big fan. Half of my wardrobe is from Chicos.

I don't fit any of their clothes but they have beautiful and charming stuff but most important to me, they have great customer service. Instead of flat out telling me to shop in the kids section of a store, they humored my hunt for a good outfit and when I didn't fit anything, they guided me on how to find stuff that fits me and what to do if it doesn't. I like this store and this brand. It's youthful, it's fun and it's got good people representing it.

I have been a customer of this store since it opened and up until 3 months ago I had enjoyed shopping at Chico's Orchard Hills. In the last 3 months I have placed 2 separate orders for pick-up and each time I have left empty-handed. The 1st time in December when I went to pick-up my order they didn't have it and the manager said they had to cancel the order without offering me any alternative. The 2nd time this past week, I went to pick up my order and they wanted to give me something I did not order. I had to insist and show them the confirmation so they could see that what they were trying to sell me wasn't what I ordered. The manager told me they never make mistakes when they set aside the orders and then informed me they didn't have the top I ordered. My husband and daughter are both in sales, I know what customer service should be like and this store is seriously lacking.

Customer service skills here are lacking. The lady that checked us out was rude and abrupt. It wasn’t busy she was just super moody. No thanks. Save your time and gas and order online.

Very uninformed employees! I was at the outlets yesterday and brought 5 same items for half the price. The employee said they were different !! Don't recommend at all.

I went to shop with my $200 in gift certificates today. I left after five minutes because the sales people are so aggressive. After the first person offered to help. I said I prefer to browse on my own. In less than a minute two others had approached me. I told the third that I would like to just shop around on my own. At that point the sales person in Soma jumped in and began scolding me, telling me that they offer good service. I responded that good service is recognizing what customers need and ask for. She then began bullying me. I left the store and I will never shop there again. Shame on you, adult bullies.

Great clothes for work that are classy, comfy and I can get dressed in one minute if I need to. Amazing! Such easy and beautiful styling! There are alway so many choices of colors and styles!! The staff are wonderful and very helpful The sales are consistently available and really fun! It is the perfect place to shop!
