Just had an absolutely terrible experience with christine right now the supervisor. I talked to the bank teller who was very professional. I let him know i had a-lot of checks to deposit he said thats absolutely fine no problem I'm a regular.Christine comes over after 5 minutes and was extremely rude and said I'm holding up the line. Next time i need to cut the checks before i come to the bank and gave me attitude. Like wow. Unbelievable. I will be filling a complaint against her. I’ve been a private client of chase bank for years now and will absolutely not come back here. I’m considering switching banks now. Shiva, you should have supervisors with more respect. Unbelievable.

If you are not in the 10 mil club you will be treated terribly. Place filled with pretentious people with overpriced suites pretending to be important.

No sense of time valuable to the customer at this branch! We made appointment for 1:30And came in. Made us wait 30 mins and didn’t bother to check in or update, nobody to talk to even check.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with Chase bank but would like to ask this branch to update their Saturday hours on Yelp. Currently says they're open until 4pm but that isn't the case. The door says 2pm and a gentleman just walked up to the door thinking the same thing I did, only to find it locked.

Their newest manager is an absolutely terrible representative of Chase, both as a location and a company. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a bank, trying to do a simple transaction while she is complaining about another customers’ deposit when I’ve seen that customer in here while I’m here with no issues before. I am personally finding a new bank in general due to this woman. The wonderful workers there are likely miserable and it’s very unfortunate, as they were some of kindest, nicest and fastest bank tellers I’ve ever dealt with. Do better Chase.

They only have 1 banker which means every time I walk in and need something small like adding beneficiary, I have to come back. Also banker always in meetings or at lunch. Mgmt needs to have a few bankers on hand. Chase quality has gone down last 4 yrs. The Euclid branch is closed 90% of the time too and private client service guy gone 80% of the time. I don't see any perks being a private client.

This review is long overdue. I pulled all my accounts from Wells Fargo some months back and moved some to Chase. These folks at this branch ROCK! Everyone's professional and very helpful. Marleen in the back is my "go to" person and is phenomenal! She goes above and beyond for our needs. I literally only have a few mins when in there so I put in a request and she executes it everytime! Thank you to everyone here, you all are great! Think I'll start shifting all of my accts here!

Stephanie Luo, this branch's manager and Vice President, threatened to call the police on me after I was upset at the level of service received from her bank. I was there to close accounts because of poor service from Chase, and instead of deescalating and offering to make things right, Stephanie proceeded to throw attitude at me. She never once apologized or acknowledged my poor experience. She made up lies about me "throwing my cards at her," when I simply slid them across the desk.Once I realized even the manager at Chase was not there to help me and make things right, I decided to close ALL my accounts and withdraw my money. I had a relationship with Chase that was over a decade long and it all came to an end because of Stephanie's actions. I closed 1 business checking account, 1 business credit card, 2 personal checking accounts, 2 personal credit cards and withdrew all the money from my accounts. I will also make sure no one in my family banks with Chase and this story is spread. For this "manager" to threated to call the police for something as minor as shutting down accounts, shows how unprepared some are in leadership positions. She escalated the situation and caused me to fear for my life. If the police are called to a bank, what sort of violence could that possibly cause? Was it necessary to threated to call the police over a simple account closure? Shame on Stephanie and the entire team at this branch. I have made complaints with the BBB and Chase Corporate.Stephanie I hope you see this and understand your behavior yesterday was unacceptable and put peoples lives at risk. You should understand that you do not work at Macy's but rather a multi-billion dollar banking corporations. You were in charge of holding and securing my money. To threaten to call the police on me while still in charge of MY money for completely invalid reasons, was totally unacceptable. Do not ever threated to call the police on anyone again, unless an ACTUAL crime has been committed.

Came in to open a business account, not one person available to assist with the account as the representative is out to lunch with no time when she will return. Walked next door to bank to america to setup the account, they have multiple representatives to assist.

I opened an account at this location today and had such a great experience!!!! Although I was unable to schedule an appointment, Banker Emily fit me in on short notice. She was careful and had a generous and giving spirit all the same. I highly recommend banking at this location. Be sure to ask for Banker Emily! Thank you so so much!!!!!
