The wait time at the bank was much longer than expected. Service needs to be faster.

I stopped on my way while I'm traveling at that location
N I wish I did not stop there
Not a professional manger n had attitude with me n beside that I had to wait for long time to get help n eventually was waste of time
Will never go to that location again

Am not sure what’s wrong with the manager but obviously he is here just to give customers hard time and waste their time
He has nothing to do so he want to keep his customer in the lobby for hours
No surprise he always has bad reviews and that branch always empty
STAY AWAY !!!

Worst customer experience ever
Even I have a bank account with them for years and even they didn’t have more than single customer in the branch for hours
The manager insisted that I wait for two and half hours with my baby just to get notarization claiming that they don’t have enough employees
He intentionally send his employee to lunch break early so he don’t help me faster

I also had terrible customer service experience at this branch in particular, which is disappointing. I've always had great experience at other Chase branches except this one.

We came to open business account they were not able to do service for new customers. who’s guy we meet like nightclub security and disrespectful. Him need professional knowledge conversation with customers.

Very professional branch, everyone at the branch was knowledgeable in particular Rosie the manager was very accommodating as I had to place a wire transfer and she made it very easy and pleasant.
