I go here to use the ATM, so no experience talking 1-1 with the staff. They have one ATM inside, and one drive-thru. Plenty of parking. The bank is right at the intersection of Barranca and Creek, so easy to find. I was greeted warmly by the staff and asked if I needed any help.
