My experience at this branch was so bad I don't even want to give the place any stars at all. Went in today (Saturday 12/2/23 at 11:30), no one was in line so I walked right up to the teller (gentleman with a beard); told him I'd like to open an account. He says "well there's no one that can help you with that right now, but you can try applying on your phone we have free wi-fi". So I sat down and applied on their website; it wouldn't accept my CA Drivers License for some reason. So I walked out. Basically the trip to that branch was a waste of my time. Took my business to another bank.

I deposited cash on the irvine blvd chase atm on april 10th. There's $800 something cash was stucked in the machine. And the atm screen shows it's technical issue and it let me to call some number. Then I went into the bank to ask help. The lady in the bank didn't go to the atm to check for me but she said if i call the claim department i will get my money back. So I did it and I do get a temporary credit for that amount. but then about one month after that, they took the temporary credit back and denied my claim because they didn't find any extra money. Then I filed another claim and required them to check the camera. Today I got the call, the lady of the chase claim department told me my claim was still denied. I asked her if they checked camera or not. She said she doesn't know but anyway they could not provide me the video. I told her at least they need to check. She said ok. Then few hours later, the lady called me said the angle of the camera couldn't record the atm part, they couldn't see if I put money or not. I'm very angry and disappointed about that!!

Very disappointing experience as Amanda scheduled a notary appointment over the phone where I specified the documents I needed signing were in a foreign language however just needed the signature notarized with my English identification. When attending the appointment was surprised that the document was not in English and implied that I never mentioned this during our phone conversation which was not the case. When I brought this up she further implied that I was lying and that she “remembered the conversation very well”. Despite other branches being able to notarize documents this way she was unable to help at all. Wouldn’t recommend this branch because of this poor customer service, not just them unable to help with notarization.

The banker misspelled my name when I first opened my account, so I had to come in a gain for a second time to have them fix the mistake they made. They said they could not because I had to made an appointment online for that. So there is only one banker available per day and his is booked for a week (in the mean time I can't get an ATM card). This is terrible service, they continue to have the minimum service as if we are still under COVID. I am closing my account and taking my money somewhere else.

I just went in to have my named changed. Only one customer and at least five employees. I was told I would have to make an appointment. Unbelievable no one could assist me. Would never recommend this location.

I have just immegrated here and I wanted to open checking account at the Irvine blvd branch I went there on January 25 at 11with all the required documents then I talked to someone named Amy Tran after I introduced myself to her I gave to her my documents but she didn't seem to want to open account for me because I didn't speak English well and she insisted she would not do any thing for me whyyyyyyyy? Just because I don't speak English well one of the staff there spoke Persian and translated her conversation for me and she said I have go another branch where speak Persian while he could speak Persian and he could open account for me she definitely discriminated against me I went wells Fargo bank before and they open account for me without discrimination

These guys are horrible I have them for a business account and they take forever to credit your account once you get a big deposit. I would never go to them and I wouldn't recommend them. I am moving my accounts to a bank that appreciates my business. I can't deal with 10 day hold on on my deposits I have payroll and other business expenses to make. I think their business model is to use my money to get interest on it for as long as they possibly can. Customer service is horrible

Awful customer service. I have had more problems with both my checking and my savings in the past 9 months since coming here, than the previous 6 years I have been with Chase. When I ask to help fix a few minor problems with both accounts they will tell me one solution and not implement it. I have dealt with one particular banker who seems new and inadequate, who proceeds to tell me one thing then switch her story. She lets me know that she 'thinks' she can do something and then ultimately cannot. Avoid this branch.
