My husband came here for the ATM. Even though there is no drive-thru, there is an ATM just inside the lobby doors. The area seems safe.

I normally go the branches in Orange for my transactions but I was near this location. My business and personal account are attached and wanted to move a business check to the personal account which has never been a problem at any other location in Orange for years, the lady turned me away because she kept on saying that my personal and business are separate. I didn't even swipe my card so how does she know? After she called me a liar when I told her that all the other branched have done this for years with no problem, I just left and did this transaction in Orange without a problem. Never again.

I was in line at Bank of America with 1 teller and 8 customers waiting quite a while. All the customers were angry nobody was helping. I walked across the parking lot and came here with immediate service. I will be doing business with Chase from now on

11/18/22 at 4:19 pm, I just called the branch to get help with my account. The lady with the accent did not help me instead she just hang up the phone on me. Chase needs to hire more professional workers and train them for customer service. She did not even look into my account and was telling me to do something.

Just left this location after going inside a bank for the first time in probably 10 years for a name change and deposit, and I want to commend the friendly service at this branch. Nadia and the team here were super friendly and handled a glitch in their system with excellent service. After working from home for two years it's nice to see a workplace with a supportive team and friendly banter among coworkers :)

I just wanted to rant that when I call customer service to talk to a rep about my credit card it really pisses me off that it reads me all this info about my account as if I was calling to inquire about my balance or last transaction. Seriously just make it easier to speak to a representative. Also typing in my cc# last4 of ssn and cvv then having to give it to the rep again is infuriating. Stop this madness.

Worst bank around. Wasn't checking my statements because I had a savings account and I wasn't pulling money out of it. By chance I looked at it and found out they were charging me $35 a month for the pleasure of them holding my $40k. Closed my account out the very next day! They could care less! Stick to credit unions where the bailed out banks can't take your hard earned money.

Deposited $6700 to the ATM at this location on 06.07.21 at 11:44pm, i waited several days no money in my account, i called on 06.14.21 at 4:15pm after 20 min being on hold a lady picked up the phone after 35 min talking and explaining she were asking same question, she put me on hold 6 times every time for 2 to 5 min,she was doing her own things instead of helping while she was putting me on hold, after 35 min talking to her she said i placed the dispute and at the end i told her transfer me to supervisor and she hang up on me and did not placed the dispute, she knew what what she was doing thats why she didn't wanted to be cached thats why she hang up, she must get notice or get laid off she just waste peoples time and kill her hourly while she is doing her own things Beside the ATM this branch is not good at all and i dont even feel going inside and talking to tellers most of them are rude or try to scape from what they suppose to do
