The teller staff is friendly. The banker have no value for your time. After waiting for 30 mins the banker comes and and says she needs to go for lunch can give me an appointment for 2. I wish they had the minimum courtsey of saying this before making me wait.Very disappointed with the approach to customers. Lunch time is important for everyone but this a known time and can be planned.Making a customer wait and then say I will give you appointment because it's lunch time doesn't sound professional to me.

Exceptional Service! I was struggling with an online account application, but they came to the rescue. Their patient guidance and clear explanations made the process a breeze. They were always quick to respond to my queries and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. Thanks to their dedication, I'm now a happy account holder at Chase. Joel requested duplicate credit card statements to be mailed to me. After waiting 5 weeks (I called Joel during those 5 weeks) Joel tells me the statements never got mailed and he requested them again and said to wait another 5 weeks! Joel made a secret decision by himself to lock internet access to a credit card and didn't tell the handicapped account holder sitting in front of him! As a result, even today 5 months later, said handicapped account holder has been unable to access the account on line to review statements or make payments! Really, Joel? Katie Su submitted some important documents to their executive department and said it will take 3-4 business days. Months later, no progress.

This is DEFINITELY one of the friendliest banks, if not THE friendliest, I have visited. I am ALWAYS warmly greeted (even BEFORE I became a regular). They always say how nice it is to see me again, and they really make me feel special and valued during each visit. I am promptly acknowledged, and, most of the time, even as I'm just entering through the door, barely inside. They are not only respectful and courteous, but also very professional and efficient at their jobs, quickly addressing my needs and getting me expeditiously on my way again. I LOVE this Chase bank branch!!!

No stars. I had an appointment this afternoon at 3pm, I arrive to this location 2 minutes prior to my appointment. I mentioned to the lady at the front desk that I have an appointment for 3pm and she says "your bank teller called off this morning and we have no appointments for today. I can set an appointment up for you for tomorrow instead". I was upset but I proceeded with creating an appointment for tomorrow. The lady, who claims to be the "leader" confirms the time tomorrow with my teller, and later says "and by the way, if your teller decides to cancel or switch your appointment, he will contact you". After that statement is what made me furious. First of all, if my teller called off of work today, someone from this branch should have informed me PRIOR to my appointment instead of me driving all the way over without being notified that my teller is absent. Second of all, I need a stable and confirmed schedule for tomorrow, I can't be "on call" for my teller and hoping he doesn't cancel or rearrange my appointment time. I make plans ahead of time just like any other working human being, I cannot move things around just because the employees at this location cannot stand by their word. I mentioned the above frustration to the lady who claims to be their "leader" and she said "sorry, I didn't know I was supposed to call and inform you, I wasn't trained for that." What? You claim to be a branch leader but didn't know it's common curtesy to call a customer with an existing appointment to inform them of the cancellation? Ridiculous. So much for being a "responsible" (leader). The lady didn't even have a badge on to represent her name or actual title.

I like this Chase Bank branch located in the nice Quail Hill Shopping Center. I had an urgent wire transfer request last week so I paid a visit there considering it is close to where I live. Then I realized I just found the correct place. The clerks are very sweet and considerate. The request was handled pretty nicely. A full 5-star for their friendly and warm service. Will visit again!
