Would have consulted with a banker or adviser if I knew that banking is way more complex than I thought before when it comes to how to maximize your finances. First time visiting a branch in 5 years, the staff are great, they will give you all the necessary info. You just need to schedule an appointment early, 0 wait time.

I have been going to this Chase branch since a few years ago. I always felt welcome at this branch, they greeted me and the service at the counter is always very fast. Usually there are 1 or 2 people in front of me but most of the time when I go in, I am the 1st in the line. I would recommend a Chase bank than a BOA (line at BOA is always very long). I personally felt the customer service at Chase Bank is very helpful as they were able to assist me solving a few issues which I had with the business account. Highly recommend to have a Chase Bank account. They do have agents who can speak Chinese if you can only communicate in Chinese.

New Chase customer, couldn't add my wife to the account online, must go in to add. Does not mention appointment required. Went into the branch, and was not able to be helped because I did not have an appointment. When did banks become like the DMV? You get to hold my money and leverage it for profit, and in exchange I receive minimal to no interest and poor customer service. It takes 5 min to add someone to an account. Not a great new customer experience. I'll probably start looking for a new bank, and I just opened this account.

It should be 0 star or negative -1 star, very bad exprience with this Branch manager Christie Teran@Chase bank Irvine Walnut Branch@ Chase Bank @Christie Teran, she was very mean and rude to a customer like me.I will close all of my accounts with Chase Bank soon and I will post the whole story details here.

The Chase Bank ATMs work well at this location and you are in a well lit area where you can feel safe withdrawing cash. There are two located to the left of the front door entrance. The difference between the indoor ATM and outdoor ATM is the outdoor one the money just pops out. For the indoor ATM, you reach inside to take out the cash. I have been inside a couple times but these days, who has time to get in line when you can just do a quick cash withdrawal. Plenty of parking at this area and relatively safe since it's all very bright, even at 7pm at night. Close to restaurants and stores.

I had an appointment with Nikki but she was with another client at the time I reached there then when she got free she said there is nothing on her calendar but told ya to wait until she gets some refreshments. We waited and after 10 mins she came and we started the process. She was nice though after that. We were approaching 6 pm but still she finished opening an account for me. I am not sure why we were nt on her calendar and why can't she wait until 6 pm to have a refreshment especially when the bank was closing but then she did stay back like 10 mins after 6 pm just to finish up all the formalities with me.

Would give 0 star if possible. Went there to open an account; they told me I have to make an appointment; so I did and showed up on time; then they said I have to wait another 30 minutes; I left promptly. I just want to do banking with people who value their customers' time. Am I asking for too much?
