Previously, for banking, I always went to Chase Bank in Woodbury Town Center, which is close to my house.
At the end of last year, I went to Mitsuwa Market for grocery shopping and there was a Chase Bank in the mall, so I visited to this branch for the first time.
A bank teller named Esther helped me with my banking, and she was very kind and handled it professionally. I was happy! ?
So, from then on, I come to this branch to do banking, even though it is a bit far from my house. Besides Esther, the other tellers are all friendly.
Highly recommended! ?

Horrible customer service. Once you turned down the offer of opening a new account/ credit card, she turned into someone who is super rude and disrespectful. Don't go there!

Bank of America has the worst customer service. It's Friday 4:30 and most other branches are already closed. There is one teller and 15 people in line. Manager said he needed to give his employees a break. They close at 5:00 so why break now. Been in line for 39 minutes only 2 people have been helped.

My name is Lanni Nguyen and I have been banking with Chase for a long time as a loyal member. I am writing this review to warn others of Richard Hon from the investment department of this branch. He has not been honest with me and has been manipulative since my inquiry to open a CD account. Instead, he opened another account that was not in my interest and charged me $499 to close it. Richard Hon also misreported my income during the process of opening the account for his own gain. Be aware of this individual.

The worst branch of Chase. I went there to deposit 4 checks. Their ATM machine ate a check and the check disappeared. I asked for branch manager for help. With a straight face, she said just call the 800 number, there is nothing she can do. Very bad attitude. I wonder whether Chase has manner training to their employees.

Seriously the worst experience I’ve encountered with a bank! Staff not helpful in trying to open an account. Like the previous review by Patricia, if you’re not Asian, don’t go here. Took my business elsewhere

I visted chase bank to explore my options for a credit card because my friend sent me a referral link to open a new credit card in case I was interested. I was assigned to this banker named Angela Yu who told me that I can't use the referral code at the bank. So I told her I'll open it on my own at home but she insisted to show me the benefits of the credit card. She then took my ID, went over the benefits, after which I told her I'd think about it and open it using the referral code once I make a decision later at home. A couple hours later, however, I found out on my chase account that there was a new credit card opened WITHOUT my permission. I clearly told her I would go home and open it on my own if I decided to go ahead but she straight out ignored it and opened it against my will. I did not sign any form of consent/form, nor did I give her any verbal consent. I called her back right away to clarify and she completely changed her demeanor , asserting that I wanted to open the credit card. But if that was the case, how can she not even provide me ANY information regarding when and how I will get the credit card? Her manager closed the account for me but this will likely affect my credit which I am very upset about. This is clearly a fraud and I hope no other people will be affected by such scam.

Life saver ATM Location. Super convenient in this plaza since some resturants only accepts cash. Quite a busy location on the weekends, but super fast service on the inside. A lot of parking too, next to a tesla supercharger as well!
