I have been a customer for over 20 years and unfortunately Chase became a BBS (big bank syndrome) where they don't care about customers anymore. They provide offers that they don't intend to fulfill and they waste your time with horrible customer service.

Worst service ever. I opened an account at chase but still waiting for the debit card to be mailed since 1 month now. still haven't received any. I called them to find out the problem, they ordered me a replacement card which I need to wait for further. I have dealt with a number of banks so far, this one is the worst.

I've had really positive experiences at this particular Chase branch. The staff is friendly and helpful - especially Bryan Keitel, who has personally assisted me on multiple occasions. He has great customer service and worked diligently on a couple unique and complicated situations for me with a smile. I had previously gone to another branch that gave incorrect information and didn't do their due diligence to give proper guidance. Bryan worked with me to get everything resolved and I'm very thankful everything worked out. Having a banker who cares about your money and investments is critical, and I'm glad this branch is conveniently located for me

I called this branch to ask if they could break two $100 bills for me and give me back smaller bills. They said they could only do $100. How ridiculous. I have an account here. They should try harder to be accommodating. I went to the Wells Fargo nearby and they exchanged all the bills I needed. I'm glad I called first. It saved me an extra trip.

Jason is a notary public at this branch. I'm a current chase customer and Jason was really quick to solve my daily business needs. He's always smiling! Will definitely revisit this branch. Great customer service.

Some local bank employees are great but the bank itself is corrupt. They suspended more than $28,600 of my funds because I had to close my accounts to change the account numbers due to ach debit fraud that they said they couldn't stop unless I closed the accounts. Beware of this unethical bank who are just a bunch of thieves who use your money to invest in stocks and real estate in return for not even .1% interest? which will crash and your tax dollars will be used to bail them out. The biggest scam in history!

I came in for something long and annoying but Alexis Salazar and the other tellers were so amazing and patient. They took their time and answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on and didn't have any confusion. Thanks guys for such great service!

I went into this location to apply for a student credit card and to get some advice because I had never had a credit card before and thought the bankers could help me, and was helped by Jason. He convinced me to apply for the Freedom Unlimited card and said it was just as easy to get as the student card (a lie) but I was nervous to get an extra credit inquiry if I didn't get approved for this one. I asked Jason if it will be a hard inquiry when I apply and he said no it is a soft inquiry. After speaking with higher ups in Chase and reporting the incident I know this was a outright lie. Now I have an extra hard inquiry on my alrighty tiny credit score (never had a credit card) and the higher ups tell me there's nothing they can do to help. I plan to go and close my Chase bank account today. Beware of this location and of Jason
